Down below garden area has a full size 8 person Jacuzzi tub with views of the Bay and sunset. The upstairs bedroom, kitchen and common areas are level with the garage and do not require a single step from the garage, which could be convenient for older people and for wheelchair access.

The house is high up on the point of Tiburon Peninsula, close to the ferry station and old downtown of Tiburon. You can walk or drive to Tiburon downtown, where you can find more than a dozen fine restaurants, great shopping, bicycle rentals, old elegant movie theatre, gourmet coffee shops and food market, Salons and Spas, fitness center/classes, clothing and gift shops, business services, two small hotels etc.

Tiburon has always been regarded as a jewel of the San Francisco bay. Famous people like professional tennis player Andrea Agassi used to own a house here. Movie star Robert Redford owned a house just one street up from our property. Tiburon is very close to San Francisco; 22 min ferry ride to downtown and Fisherman's Warf (car will take about 30 min). Napa Valley wine country is less than an hour away with world famous wineries and vineyards. There are a lot of fun things to do for all different ages.
