We have returned for a reason! This house can not be beat,in both proximity to the mountain and the amenities it has to offer. The house has great common areas for everyone to hangout after a full day of shredding up the mountain. Whether you choose the hot tub, or chilling out on either the kitchen side or the living room side of the fireplace, you'll truly feel like your on a winter vacation.The house offers five bedrooms and five baths, and the heated floors in the bathrooms are a real pleasure. The gondola is just a short shuffle away ( about half a city block). You'll be dropping in to some of the best terrain in the west before you know it.

This house is the perfect vacation rental for families. The flow of the house is perfect for a ski vacation. The second floor has an open air kitchen, which opens to a beautiful family room w/ floor to ceiling windows. After coming in from a day of skiing, people can be at the counter having a snack before dinner, and others can be relaxing in front of the fire. Downstairs there is a tv (in case the kids want to congregate), which opens to a hot tub. Great thought was given to the layout of the house, b/c you can see the beautiful mountains while sitting in the hot tub. A really nice touch is that the bathrooms to the bedrooms have heated floors. I must confess that waking up to warm floors in the bathroom was a guilty pleasure each morning. The house is located in a private location, and is a short walk (~.5 block) to where you can pop on your skiis and ski down to the lodge (so short even no one in my family complained). There's so much to say about the mountain that I won't waste this space discussing it. If you're researching houses here, you must already be in the know. The only thing I'll say is that nature has gifted this mountain for skiers -- the chutes are positioned perfectly to hold the snow, the bowls are formed perfectly for all intermediate and most advanced skiers. My favorite mountain in North America. I promise you can't go wrong w/ this house. I enthusiastically recommend it and will be returning soon.
