Pictures do not do this home justice. Master bedroom is magnificent . Went for girls R & R weekend. Sunrise on every deck were lovely, Fireplace was divine as it was cold. There is even a crockpot! We had dinner cooking all day while we watched lots of girly movies on the blue ray DVD. So relaxing! Catch 54 restaurant you could walk to as well as Walgreens which has a redbox to rent or return movies if you bring.yourself Went to harpoon Hannahs for appetizers (good food) which is a huge bar that also has outside decks & tiki bar .Would love to stay during summer month for that experience. Owner is a pleasure to work with. This was a last minute decision to go away and I was able to arrange very quickly. Don't hesitate to rent ..will not disappoint!

Our "Girls Weekend" was great. The condo was spacious and attractive. There was more than enough room for all 4 of us. We enjoyed the granite kitchen and living room setup that opened to the first floor patio. Every morning the sunrises were warming, the ducks were quaking and the stillness was so relaxing. A great way to start off the day with your morning coffee on the patio. The location was perfect on the bay. No wind to deal with. Restaurants, stores and the beach were close. What more could you ask for. We will definately be back.

I stayed at this location with several of my girlfriends and it was a WONDERFUL getaway! The house is at a great location and is away from the hustle and bustle of the board walk, but only a mile away from the beach! Waking up to the sounds of the bay and the maritime activity was calming and relaxing.

The house is perfect for multiple people or couples. With friends, we had plenty of room to make meals, lounge with cocktails and experience shore life! The house is private yet expansive. The decorations were lovely and the full kitchen was key! We literally walked through the door and felt at home.

My girlfriend and I stayed here this past weekend and had an incredible time. This condo is a beautiful and spacious place. It was very clean and comfortable, welcoming and thoughtfully decorated. It has big windows that allow you to enjoy a view of the bay from every floor. We were even able to see the sunrise from the comfort of our king bed in the master bedroom. That was so beautiful and romantic! There is a table and comfy chairs out on the deck were we sat to enjoy coffee in the morning and also wine in the evening. The place even has a gas fireplace that although we did not use this time, would be a very nice detail in the fall or winter.
The condo is close to the beach and in a great location where you can walk to a very nice restaurant for dinner as well as a fun and popular bar on the water just down the street. The condo has its own dock on the back side where some friends picked us up on a boat to go enjoy the bay. It was a great advantage to have that option available.
We want to thank Stacie for a very relaxing and wonderful weekend. We felt that she thought through every detail to ensure that our stay was perfect. From a thoughtful welcome gift to the beach items (beach chairs, boogie board, etc.) available for our use that were in the beach closet.
We absolutely recommend this place and we definitely will be back!

This rental is a beautiful and very peaceful place. My husband and I stayed for our 25th anniversary and we are so glad we did, it was perfect for us. Stacie was so thoughtful to arrange for a beautiful gift of wine, a lovely card and other special items and it was very sweet to walk into this clean and inviting place and see a personal gift waiting for us.

The condo is super clean, extremely tasteful in decor, and located in the most ideal spot--close to everything fun but set apart for privacy and relaxation. We went to Delaware and Maryland beaches and also saw the wild horses running through the marsh areas at the state park. Then came back to sit out on the patio and watch wildlife going right by our back door! Truly the best of both worlds. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby and some even within walking distance.

We were so comfortable here for many reasons. The giant king-sized bed is super comfy and the place was roomy and friendly. I tend to be overly sensitive to odors and synthetic products, but there were none here. It is outfitted with natural fiber jute rugs and beautiful cotton quilts on the beds, even the adorable slipcovers on the couches were all cotton. I even admired the beautiful draperies, they were so nicely done. I appreciated this so much for two reasons, firstly because it had no chemical type odors anywhere and also because it made me feel welcome and respected. What I mean by this is, many places you rent make you feel like you are in some untouchable rubber room or an uninvited guest or some child in a daycare who is expected to break everything. This place felt more like you were an anticipated family member who was being taken care of in every possible way. I don't know Stacie, but her place made me think she is a really thoughtful person who lives "arms wide open." That's how we felt. I am certain you will feel it too if you stay in this amazing place. It is a little slice of heaven. Thank you Stacie for sharing your vacation spot with us!

The trip to Fenwick Island was fantastic last week! The location of your property was super easy to get to where we needed to be in DE or MD. My brother and I enjoyed jet ski rentals at Shark's Cove that was literally around the corner from the townhouse. I also tried my hand at Stand Up Paddle Boarding at Shark's Cove and am pleased to report I only fell off of the board one time. My dad was quite entertained by the boaters, boarders, and ducks from the great deck off of the living room on the main floor of the house.

The place for crabs is in Ocean City, MD at On The Bay at 42nd Street on Coastal Highway. My brother and I had great Mexican at Mother's Cantina at 28th Street on Coastal Highway. Of course no trip to the Delaware and Maryland beaches is not complete without multiple trips to Dumser's Dairy Land! If you go north to Bethany Beach the ice cream at Maureen's Ice Cream and Desserts is quite tasty too.

A great vacation to be had by all I'd say!

Our families had a fabulous time at this well appointed, excellent location condo.We had 4 adults and 2 young children with plenty of room with great views of the bay. The pool is a good alternative to the beach if it gets too hot. The deck off the living room and decks off the bedrooms give you extra sitting areas.
Shopping and other attractions are closeby. The Freeman Center at Bayside have concerts and family entertainment some events are free. Thye are located behind the Harris Teeter Market. Ocean City and Fenwick State Park are within 10 min away.We highly recommend this propery for a wonderful vacation.

We rented this property for a family vacation that included 3 generations. We have vacationed in the area for the past several years, so already knew which attractions we wanted to be nearby. The beach at Fenwick Island State Park is one of our favorite places, and this property is literally less than a 5 minute drive away. It is also a relatively short drive North to Bethany and a bit further, Rehoboth, where we would take our preschooler to the boardwalk "funland", and Ocean City to the South - so the property is at a nice location for easy access to the more busy boardwalk communities and their attractions. It was always nice to come home to the solitude that this property offered.

The views were stunning. Waterfowl and shorebirds of great variety were to be found just off the deck. And two of the bedrooms, the master on the third floor, and the queen/ twin combo on the second, also had balconies overlooking the marsh/ bay. This is a truly relaxing location.

The property was clean upon arrival, although not "spotless" as I might expect, given that we paid extra for professional cleaning service. The listing description was accurate. My parents dealt mostly with the owner, and found her easy to work with and responsive. Stacie even left them a "welcoming gift" for their arrival - including a bottle of wine and some candles, which I thought to be a very nice touch.

We appreciated having both a queen and twin bed in one of the bedrooms, as this allowed us to share the room easily with our preschooler. However, the queen bed in that room was not the most comfortable for us, and it was quite noisy (simple metal frame that creaked and squeaked anytime either of us would move). I mention this only to alert any light sleepers (like me), that it may be an issue (I had brought a fan from home for some background noise, which helped). Also, those who like/ need a firmer mattress may be uncomfortable. The rest of the family had no complaints about the comfort of their beds.

There is a small pool available, but we found it to be heavily chlorinated - most likely due to the fact that they do not have regular pool maintenance service. If you are sensitive to chemicals, it may be best to avoid. Otherwise, be sure to thoroughly rinse your swimsuits out after a dip -- as it did actually bleach my dad's unrinsed bathing suit considerably!

All in all, for location, peace and solitude, comfortable decor, we would all recommend this property.
