Wonderful location with breathtaking views of the ocean. Upon arrival the house was spotless and even more beautiful than the pictures depict if that is possible. Plenty of room for our 3 generation family ranging from teens to grandparents. The house allows for plenty of privacy but also has great spaces for everyone to gather together. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to any questions. There is so much to do nearby for all ages. We enjoyed the pier, the aquarium and the ferry to Southport. Sitting on the deck, listening to the ocean you almost feel like you are in a tropical paradise. I highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a memorable family vacation.

The experience we had at this property is something that everyone should enjoy at least once in their lifetime. From the breathtaking views, the white sandy clean beaches (30 yards from the front door), and the amenities the property provided, made for one of the best weeks ever in paradise. The surrounding area had things to do for every age group.....the acquarium, Fort Fisher, golf, the boardwalk, fishing, bike rentals, shopping....just to name a few! We're looking forward to a return visit and will highly recommend your home to our friends.

Very nice home with all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy Kure Beach. Great location for walks to the pier, restaurants, and ice cream cones. Owners were great to work with and the house is ready for you and your family with beach gear, grill, stereo, and plenty of parking available.
We had three generations with fifteen family members and a great time was had by all!

A beautiful, relaxing beachfront house that was nothing less than spectacular!! We loved the master bedroom with it's own personal and private porch. Had everything that we needed! Definiately would go back and stay!

this is an awesome vacation retreat in Kure beach. right off the ocean, the beach walkway is right out your front door and the beach is great. The restaraunts and arcade/pier are right down the street. We even let our 11 year old and 6 year old walk down to the pier at dusk on their own for a brief visit - everything is very safe. the gourmet kitchen is wonderful, and the rooms are very nicely furnished. Definitely a do over for us!

This is a beautiful, spacious house in a great location. The beach is just a few steps away and you can stroll down the boardwalk to the pier and local restaurants. If you want to venture a little further, you can take paddle board or surfing lessons just down the road in Carolina Beach and the Tiki bar was a favorite. The house has lots of room to relax. The main level has a great living room with a big couch for hanging out or watching TV. Both decks are wonderful for enjoying the ocean views and breezes, I especially loved the swing on the deck off the master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need and the elevator makes it easy for transport of luggage and groceries. All in all, this a well maintained house and is a great place to stay with your family or friends!

We stayed here last July and is was nothing short of spectacular! The house has it all and steps away is a sandy beach. It is clean and spacious. We have two young children and many times we are back and forth (beach to house) so, it was the perfect spot for our family. We will be returning this summer with extended family and we are all very excited. You will not be disappointed!

Our family beach vacation at this Kure beach house was a vacation to remember. We have been visiting Kure and Carolina Beach for years and have often stayed in one of the condos but this time our extended family and a few friends were joining us so we decided to all stay together in one house. The layout is such that even with 16 people we all had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The three levels inside and two oceanfront decks gave the adults, teenagers, and smaller children all a place to enjoy some time without the others, but the expansive kitchen table and bar area allowed us to all eat together in the evenings and enjoy each other's company. Te beach is directly across the access road and the Kure Beach Pier is within walking distance. We rented bikes and probably only got into our car once to go get some additional groceries. Even our teenage children enjoyed their family vacation! The home is very nicely decorated and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless. Overall we had a wonderful experience and are definitely planning to return in 2012.
