Our stay was one of the most wonderful experiences we've had while staying at a vacationing home. The owner went out of his way to make us comfortable & make sure our stay was pleasant, fun & relaxing.
We will definitely be recommending this home to all our friends & if we ever return to this area we will be staying here if it is available.

We had a fantastic stay with our 2 kids (4 yrs and 1 yr), and their grandparents. The layout of the house is great, with the bedrooms far enough away from each other for plenty of privacy when it was desired (grandparents in the front bedroom were not disturbed at all by our toddler in the kid's room).

The home is tastefully and pleasantly decorated and it's obvious the owners take a lot of pride in it. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating, even in changing our arrival time at the very last minute when we just had to get the kids dinner before meeting them at the house.

But what really makes this home the pick of the crop is the resort like pool / spa / firepits / bbq in the back. It felt completely private, and luxurious. It was really like staying at your own private hotel. Swimming in the heated pool when it was 60 degrees outside (mid February) was an absolute delight.

Anthem is also a very relaxed, peaceful, and convenient community. Everything you need from grocery to restaurants, park, etc. is very close by, yet still only 20-25 minutes in to the Strip. We were very glad to have such a relaxing place to com back to after our daily excursions.

Property was awesome. Owner was there when we arrived to walk us through everything. From all of the controls for the pool and hot tub, to everything we would need during our stay in the house. Pool and hot tub are really the treasure here. Had a party of 8 with us and stayed here and it was perfect. We spent a majority of our time outside, whether swimming, relaxing or BBQing. We actually left the house so infrequently we said it was "Our most Non Vegas, Vegas trip ever." I'll definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to anyone else. Couldn't deal with better property owners as well.

The technology built into the house is amazing. Heated pool was great.
They even take the time to help with anything you have trouble with. The house was even stocked with soap, towels, and plenty of entertainment for all our guests.
Definitely will stay again.

Thank you so much for the WONDERFUL and much needed vacation. Your home was everything we were hoping for and more. Right when you walk in the front door you know that everything you need for a perfect stay is there. The backyard and pool alone were perfect! It easily accommodated 6 women with more than enough bathroom counter space :) Val and Stephan were there to explain the how-tos and even came right over to help with a simple stero fix. We could not have picked a better location in Las Vegas and will most definately return!

Words can not express our sincere gratitude to Valerie and Stephen for not just opening up there beautiful home to our family, but there availability to us (just a phone call away if needed). The backyard is just AMAZING! The home has all the amenities necessary to make your stay more comfortable. Great location not too far from the strip, but not so close were you cant find peace and quiet. We will definately return for our next family vacation.

We stayed in this home for our 10 year anniversary. We loved our time spent here. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. During the evening you can enjoy a very private and romantic backyard, that feels like you are in your own little paradise. Once you light the two gas fire pits and adjust the pool and spa lights, there is no other place quite as romantic and wonderful to enjoy the warm evening air. After spending the day out and about, this is the most perfect, most serene place to come take a dip in the pool and relax in the spa. Thank you Stephan and Valerie for the best anniversary yet, we hope to stay in your home again sometime soon.

If you are looking for the perfect house to rent during your stay in Sin City; look no further this is the dream home. My family and I arrived here on Friday and Stephan "home owner" was there to greet us with the keys and was kind enough to give us a tour around the house. Being unfamiliar with the house, Stephan showed us how to use all the luxurious amenities in the house like the pool, spa, grill, tv, and etc. We ended up using the grill everyday and tossed some steaks, hamburgers, and hotdogs while swimming in the pool/spa.

We all agreed that renting a home was the better decision than the motel because we liked the privacy after a long night on the strip. We liked the fact that we were able to be more personal with one another and not have to worry about the people around us. The house was in a great location with many supermarkets, gas stations, and the strip was about a 15-20 minute drive. Thanks for having us and we will be back next year!
