We had a great time at this place. The house has exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Kids had a great time in the pool.

All of the reviews are right on -- this is a great house! We enjoyed a wonderful week in this home, which has everything a family needs for a beach vacation. The photos of this home do not do it justice! It's a great home with a great set up for a family. Our kids loved the heated pool and we enjoyed the warm southern sun on the lanai daily! Beautiful, relaxing, enjoyable views. The BBQ grill is a great addition to this home. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great location for grocery store and walking! Short drive to the beaches!, which are very clean and not crowded. The owners are wonderful and you won't be disappointed with this rental. We cannot wait to return to Marco Island for another relaxing, family vacation! And we wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Hey...Papa and Grama..Guess what...?! The new B.B.Q was there....It was very nice!
We rented this house for 2 full weeks for our Christmas vacations.Best home we have ever rented! It certainly didn't feel like a vacation rental.We felt right at home in Mr. John's vacation home,it has all the amenities anyone could ask for & more.Everything we need was there.The view of the canal is spectacular.We enjoyed the heated pool and the local beaches!It was wonderful!We loved our stay and we would definitely consider renting this house again,couldn't ask for more.We highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in Marco Island for a reasonable price.Thank you John!

A bit of Paradise

We just returned from staying at this lovely home on Marco Island. The home is clean, welcoming, well maintained, and very comfortable in a quiet residential setting. (and so easy to park in the attached garage). Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and entertainment are within minutes.
The view from the lanai is truly beautiful. You don't look into another home's windows, all you see is water...and dolphins (we called them Flipper and Fred) and manatees (Larry, Curly and Moe).
We enjoyed the heated pool morning, noon and night. Relaxing in a heated pool, in the evening, looking up at the stars is wonderful to a midwesterner.
John, the owner, has been very accommodating. He was very quick in responding to any questions we asked. He even mentioned a new bar-b-que grill would be available for our next visit.....which is not coming soon enough.
