My brother and his wife and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marbella in March, 2013. This was our second trip to Humacao and liked it just as much the second time. The home was lovely and spacious. The layout of the condo was absolutely fabulous.

This unit was beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. If your looking for R&R this is the place. The pool and beach are steps away and the view is magnificent! During our stay the pool was usually empty and quiet. This was the perfect oasis for relaxing and forgetting about the day to day grind of work and home. The employees at Marbella were friendly and helpful. A true gem.

We stayed a week in Puerto Rico. Had a lovely time and really enjoyed this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 and very nicely decorated and well kept. We played lots of golf and went scuba diving in nearby Fjardo.

Sliding glass doors open two walls of this fourth floor condo's great room to balconies on each side. To the west the mountains and to the north palm trees over the beach, which is just down the elevator, past one pool and there you are in a hammock on the beach. You could walk down the beach to a neighboring pool, the second has a hot tub and the third one has a snack bar and kids play area. Or you could rent bicycles or a golf cart and go play tennis or golf. The pictures on the website are accurate: a beautiful spot to relax and unwind.
The condo was elegantly appointed and also clean/neat. Wifi, cable TV, VCR all available. Extremely safe, in a gated complex within the gated complex of Palmas del Mar. Highly recommend

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, couples, families, etc, Anyone would love to come here and stay in this beautiful condo. It is very spacious and the furnishings are absolutely beautiful. It is very clean and neat. The view from the front patio is awesome. You are directly over the dragon pool and have a clear view of the ocean and the beautiful grounds. The sliding glass doors open completely making the living room seem almost as if it were an open air room and there is a bar from the kitchen that opens completely also so that you can pass food through as you prepare it and there is even ocean view window in the kitchen that makes getting dinner more fun than usual! They have thought of every convenience in this marvelous condo! The beds are so comfortable and there are tv's available in each room. The cable channels are from the states so you can keep abreast of all the news at home and abroad very easily if you like to stay connected. There are three beautiful bathrooms. There is even a balcony on the guest bedroom so you can see the gorgeous golf course and mountains beyond as well as the amazingly landscaped grounds. There are two doors to enter the apartment for convenience also. There were plenty of pots, pans, and dishes for making any meal. The washer and dryer were an added necessity for us as a family of four with two young children. The building is in a perfect location within the complex with under ground parking provided. The complex is gated within the already gated Palmas Del Mar grounds so you feel very safe and secure. There are two lovely pools surrounded by amazing ocean views, a secluded beach that looks so tropical and lush, and a large hot tub. We saw the beach club next door but it isn' even necessary as you have everything you could want at the Marbella Club. John Wells, the owner, was amazing. He responded to every question quickly and with a positive response each time. I think he is one the best owners I have ever had the pleasure to work with during my many rental experiences. The beach is long, beautiful and has coconuts falling on the ground that my children loved to find and open. The water was warm and shallow enough for a 3 and 7 year old to "surf". Palmas Del Mar is a wonderful place also, we ate at Plaza Palmanova many times. We also ate at the marina area too. You can get to Old San Juan and the fort area easily in about 45 minutes. El Yunque, too! Book this one now!

This is simply a fabulous location. The property is secluded, quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an easy and slightly upscale get-away.

The Marbella Club is simply fantastic. There are five buildings in the complex and each is only steps away from a sprawling beach. When we were on the beach, we were often the only ones there. The surf was a bit rough, but still fun to play in. And the sand was soft. No rocks.

Marbella Club also has two pool areas, and these were also top notch. Our kids especially loved playing in the large pool, which is only about four feet deep and also has a shallow area that is perfect for little ones. The pool was never crowded. And the hot tub is huge. It is really a hot pool.

The condo itself is on the 4th floor and has balconies overlooking the ocean and the rainforest. The balcony that overlooks the ocean also overlooks the dragon pool--and this is where we ate every meal (when we ate in). The condo is beautiful and comes with all the amenities, including cable and wi-fi. They even had some beach toys for our kids! The only thing that we couldn’t find that we wished they had was a blender, but we never asked for one either. The bedrooms are large. The guest bedroom has its own bathroom and closet area, so it would be perfect for two couples who wanted to share the condo. The master bedroom has a separate shower area and its own Jacuzzi tub.

The location of the Marbella Club is relatively easy to get to. It was about 50 minutes for us from the airport. While we were there, we took day trips to El Yunque and to San Juan. Getting groceries was a snap. There is a Walmart less than 10 minutes away in Humucao. We also found some great side-of-the-road type restaurants in Humacao that served excellent mofongo. The Marbella Club is in the Palmas del Mar, which is a huge gated development. We ate at Palmanova Plaza once, but found the food to be somewhat average and overpriced. There is a grocery store in the Plaza as well, but the stock is limited. Best thing about the Plaza was the ice-cream shop in the grocery store.

The owner (John), was always prompt and courteous. He gave us good pointers and we appreciated his professionalism. If you are looking for a laid back place to spend some time, this is a great choice. Thanks John, we had a wonderful time!
