AN OVERALL GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We came into town for the Bears vs. Cardinals game (GO BEARS!) and were pleasantly surprised just how close to the stadium we were. We knew we would be close, but to look out the backyard and see the stadium right there was great. The only con to the home was they were not ready for us upon arrival, the cleaning crew had not been there to get the house ready for us. Brian was very easy to reach and remedied the issue and they did come later in the night while we were out. The layout of the house is great, the fourth bedroom with the futon does have glass doors which may hinder some privacy, and the our friend ended up on the couch because the futon wasn't very comfortable. The 3rd bedroom with the two "full beds" was where my friend and I slept and they felt more like twin beds, not full.
The surrounding area is great, the Westgate City Center is a great place to eat, drink, and shop. Our group ranged in ages from 34-55 and we all had a great time. Getting a cab at 2 a.m from the bars to the house was easy and cost less than $10 since its in such close proximity. Walking to stadium on game day took about 5 minutes and we noticed they close off the neighborhood to potential stadium traffic trying to park in there.
We would definitely stay here again!

This home provided us with very nice accommodations for a party of 9. The layout of the house is wonderful - giving everyone space to be together and not feel crowded. It was a SHORT walk to the soccer fields at the stadium which was great for our sporting event. We are planning to rent again next year!

I just attended a playoff Hockey Game this week (Go Coyotes) and thought about avoiding the traffic and parking at the house and walking to the game. It sure makes it nice to be located close to Westgate. It was a pleasure speaking with you the other day as well. See you next season.

Spring Training

It is a nice house, in a very nice central location. The pool was freezing cold and the owner did not return our call inquiring as to if we had the solar heater turned on correctly. The pool service man said it will not get warm this time of year without a solar cover which the pool does not have. We were told by the property agent that the pool would be in the 80's by the afternoon and they knew we were staying in March. The kids were very disappointed as this was a reason we booked this house. I don't think there is any insulation between the walls so it is very loud in the house and the sound carries everywhere. I would recommend that they have a few cleaning items available, such as a broom. Extra blankets would be nice too especially if 10 people are using the house.

The description stated the house had 2.5 bathrooms. It had only two full bathrooms (2.0), there was no third half-bath. The pool was not heated and basically unusable. The location is very remote and we drove to everything. It would be okay if you only want to attend Coyotes hockey games. Grocery and other amenities are several miles away. The property agent was accessible when we called. We didn't hate it but would not rent it again.

Owner's Response: The property is right next to the Arena and Stadium for Hockey, Football and concerts and advertised as such. It is walking distance to the Westgate center with plenty of Restaurants and Bars. The home is newly furnished.
It was a mistake on my part when the original listing came through to our office as 2.5 Baths. This home has 2 baths and I have corrected it on the site. The pool is heated by solar system which has limitations during November to March. The owners will consider adding a heater in 2012/13 season.

A great time and wonderful stay.

We got in earlier this week and took in a hockey game that we could walk to in the nice weather. We had a great stay and this property was delightful, comfortable and very well kept. We happened to meet the owners and a representative of the management company and were very impressed with their desire to make our experience a good one. The property has a pool but it was too chilly to utilize. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed. We would definitely return.
