Great Location, Great Amenities, Better Value!

This is a rare opportunity for up to 8 guests at a fraction of the rate for a single family home.

This property is located right on the Roaring Fork River just a 2 minute walk to Aspen’s commercial core (and the grocery store). Aspen Mountain Gondola is just 2 minutes more, but there’s also a free bus that takes you from your residence to the Gondola. Our 3 other ski mountains are accessible with just 1 transfer, so you can save even more money by not renting a car. Summer visitors can easily access the Aspen Music Festival via shuttle, and our 70 hiking and biking trails are just steps away.

This clean standard 4 Bedroom 3 Bath split level condo is perfect for a large family or two small families. Downstairs 2 King Bedrooms each have their own baths and Flat screen TVs. Upstairs the living/dining room features a wood burning fireplace and DVD player and is open to the kitchen, so everyone can visit easily.

Expansive views of the Roaring Fork River are provided from a large deck with gas BBQ. Smartly decorated with natural wood and stone it has a definitively “Aspen” feel and is spacious while still feeling cozy.

The complex features one of the largest outdoor heated pools in Aspen and two hot tubs, all open year round. There is also an exercise and meeting room on site.

Off street parking is available for 1 car.

The location is awesome, walking distance to downtown, City Market and etc. The view from the deck of the Roaring Fork was awesome. The condo itself could use some updating, carpet and decorating. However, it was very clean. Overall everyone had a great time.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Thank you for your review! I understand that you would prefer that this condo be updated and we have some upgrades planned for this offseason, including upgrading the TV in the Living room and Master Bedroom. We do however know that some renters prefer value accommodations, and that is why we have this 4 bedroom available for less than some of our 3 Bedrooms. I hope we can have you back again next year if not before!

Fabulous Condo, Great River Views and Super Cozy!

We booked this condo for the FOOD & WINE Classic and it was an absolute treat. Its location is quiet, but still convenient to downtown, hiking trails and the Aspen mountain, and the accommodations were very cozy and comfortable. The upstairs patio and master bedroom have wonderful riverfront views, perfect for lounging and enjoying the scenery. The property manager was so accommodating and flexible with our stay, we couldn't ask for anything better!

If you have a chance to stay here, definitely book! For 4 co-workers all staying in the same place, we had plenty of space to keep to ourselves and also socialize, so it's perfect for a family or a group of friends looking to enjoy the beautiful town of Aspen.
