I've traveled quite a bit throughout the States and abroad. Finding a nice apartment, in a prime location, with a pleasant and thoughtful owner is a trifecta that is near impossible to find these days. Nuria's apartment meets these 3 criteria. The owner is amazingly sweet and helpful. The studio apartment is clean, quaint, and much nicer than most Miami apartments and the location in SoBe is superb. I couldn't have been happier with my stay here. Nuria, big thanks for sorting through all the red tape of your initial booking and the continual contact via email and phone - it was very reassuring.

A Nice Stay

Me, my wife and our daughter (11 months old) had a great time in this apartment. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a beautiful weather for 12 days. This was great except that the daughter had a little struggle to acclimate to this warmer living. The temperature difference between Sweden (-10 deg Celsius) and SoBe (+25 deg Celsius) was tough for her the first couple of days. But after this initial time she started to really enjoy the beach and she loved to take a bath in the pool which was pretty refreshing due to cold water (approx. 18-20 deg Celsius).
Me and my wife really loved the location of the appartment. You really don't need a car, everything is in walking distance and a car would just slow you down beacuse finding a parking lot can be a struggle.
Just a couple of meters outside the property was a café with a tourist ticket seller (Half price tour tickets) which we can recommend for trips to Key West, Everglades and Sawgrass Mills (shopping mall). Everything was smoothly arranged from their side.
Back to the appartment. The pictures describe it very well! The kitchen was great and having a dishwasher is a life saver. The only thing that we missed in the kitchen was a toaster. There was a sandwich toaster (one where you put cheese and ham between two white breads and make yourself a toast) but we really like a good old british toaster as well :)
The bathroom was good with nothing to complaint about! It was just great.
There was only one things that we can complain about and this is not Nurias fault. When entering the property there is a small stairway with three steps to entering the lobby. Then after the lobby, when going to the elevator, there is one more stairway with 5-7 steps and a door close to the highest step. When travelling with a child in a stroller, like we did, this meant that both of us always needed to go together in and out of the property when the stroller had to be used. It's not a very big deal but something to bear in mind for baby families. The property is not really intended for strollers.
All in all was our stay in SoBe great and we can absolutely recommend this appartment. Nuria was very helpful everytime we worried about small things. Thx a lot Nuria.

Amazing Stay at South Beach!

We had a great time at Nurias apartment in the heart of South Beach! The apartment itself is really nice, beautiful and tidy. Everything was to our satisfaction.
The property itself is well maintained and clean. When we had any problems and questions Nuria was very willing to help us out and providing us with information.
The area around the apartment is great to go out, shop and have a great dinner. Its a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We will definitively come back to this place!

My wife and I decided to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary with a trip to Miami. We decided right off the bat that we preferred to stay in South Beach. After weeks of checking out overpriced hotels, we stumbled across this property. The pictures, location, and price attracted us to the unit immediately. Booking was easy and painless. Nuria was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end, all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. We had an early morning arrival in Miami and since the unit was vacant the previous day, Nuria was gracious enough to let us into the unit well before the check-in time.
Upon arrival, we immediately realized that the pictures and description on the website were 100% accurate. The location was PERFECT for us, everything that we needed (restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.) was within a short walking distance. Amazing food to be had right in the immediate area! The beach was a short walk and the 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and bag were very easy to carry. All came in VERY handy as the weekend that we were in town was one of the worst weekends of the summer as far as rainfall goes. Didn't stop us from having the time of our lives. We didn't end up using the pool but it was very well kept. The tips that Nuria provides upon booking are extremely helpful. The Airport Flyer drops you off right around the corner from the unit and buses and taxis are easy to find when you walk out the front door.
We have only been home for a little more than a month but we are already planning our next trip to SoBe. We will DEFINITELY be using the property again! Thank you Nuria for all of your help and hospitality!!! We did not get to meet in person, maybe next time!

PERFECT PLACE!!

I honestely don't know where to begin. My husband and I decided to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary in Miami. We searched day after day to try to find a place that would meet all of our expectations and luckily we found this apartment in the perfect location!!. Nuria, the owner was very helpful and provided a lot of useful information about the area. She paid careful attention to every detail and was available to best serve us. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, it is just what you see in the pictures. It has everything that you would need in case you are in the mood to cook. The bed was super comfortable and the closet space was perfect!... Nuria also provided us with 2 beach towels, 2 chairs, an umbrella and a beach bag, this was definitely a big plus!..
The location of this apartment is ideal and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on Lincoln Road. We had breakfast a few times around the corner in The Espanola way. They have a big variety of food and prices are super affordable. We also had the burgers from a place called Five Guys across the street, they were really good!
I have nothing, but positive things to say about this apartment and the owner. I would recomment this property to everybody!! =) We will definitely return next year! Nuria, it was a pleasure meeting you! Thank you so much for all your help and for making us feel like we were at home.!!

Truly a home away from home

I honestly do not know where to begin. To start, the owner of this beautiful condo is extremely honest and kind. The pictures shown in the description are very accurate. Also, please take the owner's tip seriously, all the information given about the area were extremely precise. Overall we had a wonderful time in this home, and will be forever grateful to have had the opportunity to rent this beautiful condo. It was just blocks away from absolutely everything we needed. Also another good tip that the owner gave us: is that while saving money on cooking is wonderful, the restaurants in the area were super good and were decently priced. We had a spectacular time, and felt as if we were in another country. I look forward to returning to this condo in the next couple of years, and will strongly recommend to family and friends. My wife and I have been visiting South Beach for 15 years. Often times, a property will look great in the photos but really disappoints in person. Not so with this condo. It is exactly as advertised, clean, nicely appointed and well maintained. We loved our 8 day stay there. Nuria, the owner, was very pleasant to work with and extremely helpful. She really cares about her guests and tries to assure a great visit for them. We will definitely return again.

It´s my pleasure to share with my guests, within 24 hours of their booking, a 6 page list of recommendations & suggestions for things to do while in South Beach, that many have found most helpful. The type of things, usually, not covered in any tourist guide. As a local, I know of places that tourists may not be aware of. Although, in your case, since you´ve been visiting SoBe for 15 years, you probably knew most of them.

A little gem in south beach

My fiancé and I spent 4 days in Miami and had a great time. We stayed at this apartment which was very comfortable and very chic. The location is just priceless; there are a number of restaurants and cafes and the beach is just 2 blocks away...
Nuria, the owner, was very helpful and provided a lot of useful information about the area.

I have to agree with you that the LOCATION OF MY APARTMENT is, exactly, as you said ¨PRICELESS¨. Everyone that stayed in my unit, said the same thing. There is no better location to stay at, due to the fact that my apt. is in the core of South Beach, within walking distance to ALL of the most interesting, fun & touristy spots that no one should not miss. And the best of all, ALL OF THEM ARE WITHIN A SHORT WALK AWAY. That is ONLY 2 Blocks away from the BEACH, 2 Blocks to Ocean Drive ONLY & also, ONLY 2 Blocks away from LINCOLN ROAD (my favorite spot where most locals hang out, & chill, while relaxing at one of the numerous restaurants, all of which count with ¨AL FRESCO TERRACES¨). Definitely a hard to beat location!!!
I truly appreciate you noticing the good & chic taste of the décor, together with how comfortable the apt. felt to you. It has been decorated, as if it was a LUXURIOUS HOTEL ROOM, keeping comfortability & gorgeous look, as top priorities. Due to the HIGH DEMAND my property has experienced so far, I´m introducing new upgrades & extra amenities, that I am sure future guests (including yourself, when you return, will enjoy very much). Once all of them have been implemented, new pictures will be posted in this vacation rental web site.
Your compliments on my person, mean the world to me!!! My greatest satisfaction is knowing that in ONLY 5 months, since I started renting my unit for the first time, ever, all of my guests have been extremely happy with their choice of my property, as their home away from home.
I´m very happy to learn that the 6 PAGE LONG DOC. on SUGGESTIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS for places to see, visit, tour, eat, have a drink, ¨Happy Hour¨, etc,... I forward ALL OF MY GUESTS, within 24 HOURS of THEIR BOOKING, were very useful to you. I feel that getting tips from a local, versus those in a tourist guide, make a difference. Many of the listed items surprised those who were already quite familiar with SoBe, including former residents of SOBE. They mentioned that they found the list extraordinarily interesting, including some ¨OFF THE BEATEN PATH¨, away from tourists, what made their stay even more special.

Great first time in SOBE

We arrived late on Thrusday night and from the beginning were very pleased by Nuria's excellent customer service. She paid careful attention to every detail and was available to best serve us,
The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. It is just was you see in the picture. It has plenty of space, everything you need in case you are in the mood to cook, beach chairs so you don't pay the fee at the beach, an umbrella that came in very handy with the gorgeous, sunny days we spent at the beach.
We walked to every single spot we wanted to go. It is well located and there's plenty of things to do (restaurants, clubs, bars, tattoo parlors, internet cafe, bike rentals, the beach, shops, etc.) It was just me and my girlfriend and we felt safe at all times.
We specially enjoyed eating dinner at Tantra, eventhough it is pricey, the food and service were excellent.
We totaly would recommend this property to anybody that wants to spend some fun dasy in South Beach.

Great Sourh Beach Location

I travel to South Beach often to visit my family there and have stayed at various condos but I must say that Nuria's lovely accommodations are the best! First, the location is ideal and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on Lincoln Road. Espanola Way is just around the corner and the beach a short walk away - it couldn't be better. The condo is comfortable and clean and very tastefully decorated - Nuria has made sure that her guests will feel at home, which I did. I enjoyed my stay very much and look forward to returning. Oh, I should also mention that there is a wonderful cafe right next door where you can get the best salads and sandwiches and cappuccino and a convenience store across the street for anything else you may need in the way of groceries or other necessities. And, after a day on the town in South Beach, it was just great to go back to the condo to the fabulous shower and comfortable bed. Thank you again, Nuria, for thinking of everything to ensure a pleasant stay for your guests.
