Self-catering small 4th floor studio in the famous NEGRESCO with beach in front.

This very small NEGRESCO STUDIO is on the 4th floor and is accessed by a grand staircase or two lifts.

It consists of a double sleeper couch (Futon), a newly fitted kitchenet, a small table and chairs. There is a new large LCD flat screen TV. The bathroom consists of a small shower, basin and toilet. Although the studio has a large window they have no view. The studio is small, and it is not in the hotel section, but it is still in the NEGRESCO the most famous land mark building in Nice. The NEGRESCO beach is directly in front of the building. View over a hundred international cable channels on the large LCD screen. Full dedicated access to internet via cable or WIFI. (numeri-cable). Endless supply of hot water as it forms part of the NEGRESCO supply.

The apartment is 5 km from NICE AIRPORT.

25 km from CANNES.

80 km from the SKI RESORTS.

95km from ST TROPEZ.

We stayed in this nice appartement for 7 days to explore Nice. The location is phantastic especially when the weather is good you go to the nearby beach whenever you need some rest between your walking to the nearby market or other sightseeing in the city. Also after preparing our meal in the appartement we went for a walk along the seaside to watch the sundown.Also if you want to travel along the Cote d'Azur all busses start around the corner.We came by train and arrived the appartement after 10 minutes walk. The appartement is small but we found everything you need for feeling at home. The entrance of the appartement house shows the splendid of former days.

Recommended for: Tourists without a Car

Many of the previous renters have breakfast and other meals on the beach because it is directly in front of the building.
Many of them roller-skate on the wide boulevard too.
The first floor studio has now been completely renovated with a new wooden floor and is now of the same standard as the 4th floor studio. So you have the choice of 2 studios in the best location in Nice.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to see you back in the future.

The apartment is really nice and clean. Perfectly located and within few minutes walk from the old town and shops and restaurants. All pictures are accurate. I would certainly recommend it and i enjoyed my stay their for 5 days. Jorge is a nice guy and it was really a pleasure dealing with him.

I arrived late on Tuesday and as previously agreed the keys were left at the airport. The studio was really clean and equipped with microwave, internet, and TV. The apartment is perfectly located and within few minutes from old town and all the shops and restaurants. It is also close to the beach. I really enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend it for any single person travelling to Nice

Thanks Jorge. Had a great holiday in your appartment. Everything was as advertised.A comfortable room with everything we needed.Ideal location for sea resteraunts and buses. I would recommend this appartment to over 55s looking for a peaceful holiday in the best location in Nice.

I stayed for 2 weeks in February and March 2011. Very close to beach and 10min walk to train station. It is very convenient for every tourist to stay this room.

The room is clean and enough equipped to stay. TV, Wi-fi, sofa bed, kitchinette, shower and bathroom. For long stay tourists, a laundry is located 5min walk away from this accommodation.

The only problem was that it took a little bit time to open the door on the first day. But don't worry. An agent kindly helped me and it was opened soon.

You can pick up the key at the Nice airport from airport staff. It was vey good point because I arrived there at midnight. I could go the accommodation soon.

We had contracted for 7 days in the 4th floor room at the back of the Negresco. We moved out and to a hotel on the 4th day. The bed was simply horrible, it had thrown me on the floor 4 times, as if I shifted to the right too much I would end up on the floor. No injury but quite a shock the first few times. If the bed were better this would have been nice, but we finally got a good nights sleep in a hotel a few blocks away.

Fantastic studio in the Negresco

i found this studio for my elderly Father in law and his wife as holidaying every year in Nice they use the Negresco as a land mark to find their way around. They had thought about a studio but worried it may not be as described but not the case here.
They found it to be great modern, clean and very well equiped they needed nothing.
They had such a good week in May and feel so confident in this studio they are returning in September for 2 weeks.
I found the owner Jorge nice to deal with and everthing with regard to booking easy.
