After a long long drive from Minnesota and sleeping in the car and at a crappy hotel arriving to this home was wonderful!! Everything was just like the pictures on the website! My family and I were very comfortable in the home and enjoyed everything about it. The homes are very close to each other but we seemed to be the only ones outside enjoying the pool so in a way it was pretty private. There was a roach in the house that we saw and one outside by the pool area but I think that is pretty common for the Florida area and I am pretty sure the owners try to take care of pest control. The kids loved their rooms and enjoyed having their own tv even though we didn't spend much time watching tv. They also liked the game room but spent most of their spare time in the pool. The decor of the house was in good taste also. I would recommend this house to my friends and family. The owner Wendy was very easy to work with also and always responded to any emails or calls right away:)

Thumbs up for an excellent vacation in an awesome spacious home. The place was beautiful and we felt like kings and queens. The pool was a hit with the children and the surrounding area around our vacation home was quiet and nice. The owners were available 24/7 and we appreciate the attention given when minor problems arose.We recommend this home highly and would not hesitate to come back if ever in the area again. Disney was close by and we all had a wonderful time. Thank you George and his lovely wife, from the families from Maine, North Carolina, New Jersey. Our hearts are full and we left with beautiful memories.

We were 4 people with 3 kids (2,3 and 4) the house was in excellent shape, clean, spacious rooms, all appliances working well, game room was a blast with the kids, they even have a couple of small bicycles for them, we really thinking renting it again whenever we go back to Orlando.
Only problem was the swimming pool, the heater wasn't working, the maintenance guy couldn't fix it, but they reimburse the full money that we pay for it, so no complains at all.
So it was a great trip, not just for the parks but for the beautiful house that we enjoyed a lot too.

My Family and I stayed at this property during the 4th of july. It's exactly as it's pictured. We had a great stay here. the property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are big and spacious. The linens were clean (I bought my own but never used them ). Geroge (the owner) was very help ful with any concerns we had, and always answered when we called. I cant wait to retuurn and use this property again. It's close to the attractions and in a lovely gated community. the club house was beautiful and my kids enjoyed using both pools. it was by far the best trip to orlando we have taken and it was largley due to us staying in this beautiful property.

Our rental was a referral from our friend,. Heard some vacation homes are not the way it described. My wife was extremely nervous about it, especially when we saw a particular "no good" review. My wife blamed me for choosing the wrong vacation home.
After arriving, every one in our group was very happy about it. Especially my daughter. She claimed the girls room is her dream room. She stayed late the first day we arrived. Woke up early in the morning. She is so excited about our stay.
House is very clean and spacious. House amenity is much better comparing with the pictures. We walked to the club house for Sunday morning coffee and have a free hot tub (we only wanted one day hot tub to relax after our long driving from Saturday). The community was quite and peaceful. I woke up up in the morning to the breezy Florida fresh air. I only could hear air conditioner sound from all the houses near by. And, kids were playing Xbox and Kinnect in the club house. Every one got what they wished for. And, the clerk is the club house is very friendly. I also replied some urgent business emails with the club house internet computers. It is very convenient for us.
Being close to Walmart is very convenient for us to shop. I hate to drive a long way to buy food when I am in vacation mood, especially in night time. So, this is a must for me.

This house was wonderful, my family and I stayed here while visiting Disney and Universal studios, and it was exactly as promised. It was very spacious and the pool and hot tub was great. It was also very close to all the theme parks, restaurants, and shopping areas. The gated community was very quiet and clean. My family and I had a wonderful time we can't wait to return. George is the best property manager he makes handling everything easy and smooth. Thanks again for the wonderful house.

I and my classmates flew to Disney World, FL, right after school finished. We just wanted to give ourselves a big treatment from hard work from school. We picked this house so we could stay together,have fun together. This house is perfect for us from all consideration.
It was convenient, close to everywhere so that we would not get lost. It is a gated community with nice community club house, swimming pool, gym room. We also got very good deal for Disney World tickets. At night we played cards, pillow fight... Imagine how much fun we had. We wanted to come back next year!!

This is the first time our family travel to Disney World. Our friends told us renting a short term house is a better choice for big family like us. They also gave us this website to do the search. I gave some criteria to search(I loved this website, easy to use), this villa is perfect for us. Big enough to let my big family stay together. It has baby crib for my baby. It has game room for kids to play. Nice Living room and swimming pool. We were totally relaxed. Very convenient to do everything, shopping, Disney Resorts.... The house is maintained nice and clean. The owner responded quickly to help us. The community is beautiful. I loved this villa. I have already contacted to the owner for my next trip to Disney World.
