I love this this! We stayed here last Dec. and would really recommend this place to anyone. Its very clean, the owner is really nice and its close to everything..Definetely going back here again for winter break

Stay over the thanksgiving weekend holiday in 2012 and had a wonderful time with the entire family! The place is comfortable and easily accessible... The bus stop is just right outside which makes it convenient. The grocery store is also very close! All in all, I would stay at sherwin villas again when I come back to mammoth.

My wife and 3 kids took advantage of a Fall Getaway this past weekend for 2 nights and all we can say was "location, ease and comfortability"! Everything was accurate and MORE for location, the interior of the condo was exactly as the photos showed and more! Chris and Lisa thought of everything you may need! Clean, Clean, Clean! I would recommend to anyone! The area was also great! We hiked and explored much of the areas lakes with perfect fall weather, just to leave one day before a huge storm hit! Be sure to try Johns Pizza if you want some wonderful pizza and a great environment for family fun. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us!!!

Nice condo with remodeled kitchen. It is in a great location near Von's, the movie theater and restaurants. This condo like many in Mammoth does not have air conditioning and in the summer it can get hot. A fan in the bedrooms would have helped. The bedrooms are right next to the parking lot so with the windows open at night you hear everyone's horn as they lock and unlock their cars. If I had noticed there was no AC I probably would have stayed somewhere else. Other than that it's a nice place.

You won't be disappointed in choosing this condo to stay in! It was a perfect location for my family to explore Mammoth Lakes, Yosemite, and surrounding areas. Everything in condo has been updated and includes new furniture. I was nicely surprised by the supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing soap, etc. The linens and towels were of nice quality. My son certainly enjoyed the X-box. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition after the long days of sightseeing. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had the pleasure of spending 8 days/7 nights at this condo. It was perfect! We had 4 adults and 5 kids, and the layout was perfect for our guests. This condo was recently remodeled and upgraded, and it shows. Nice tile, carpet, etc. New appliances in the kitchen were a very nice touch. In the kitchen, was any pot, utensil, gadget you would need, it was fully stocked. We love to BBQ, and the BBQ on the balcony was great. The BBQs in the condo complex were not too close, so having our own BBQ was perfect. This condo is located in the center of town, close to everything. The kids could walk to Rite Aid for Ice cream, walk to the movie theather, etc. The owners were amazing to work with, and anything we needed was there. We are already looking at dates to book for next year! Thanks Lisa!!!!!

My family and I stayed at this location for a week. Whenever you book something online, you have pictures to see what it looks like, but there is always apprehension when you first arrive as sometimes pictures don't tell the whole picture. The pictures did not lie! This place was beautiful. The owners did a fantastic job in updating the condo. The colors were soothing, the furniture was beautiful and the fireplace gorgeous. The only thing that could be an issue if you have very small children or have trouble with mobility, it does have stairs as it is clearly described. As you walk in the main floor, you either walk up about 7 steps to the living area and kitchen or you go down about 7 steps to the bedrooms. For the loft, these stairs are steep, but there are handrails on both sides and it was a very secure feeling moving up and down. My family didn't have issues, but if I want to bring my mom, I don't think we'd be able to stay here due to her limited mobility. If you have very small children, you'd have to keep on eye on them with the stairs. But, the pictures and written description represented the home well and this is a great location! It is not facing a main street and was very quiet. Parking was not an issue and the manager was very accommodating when we checked in. We used the pool and jacuzzi (mostly to ourselves) along with the tennis court. The Villas have wifi and never had an issue with getting online. There is a grocery store and some good restaurants across the street making it nice to walk everywhere. The trolley stops just outside the property, so if you didn't want to drive to Schat's or take a longer walk, you can hop on. Just before leaving we did have a couple of questions. I emailed the owner and they responded quickly.

Overall, having this place to come "home" to after a long day of adventures was just a blessing. We loved it. I HIGHLY recommend this location :)

"Great Family Size Condo"

Wow, were the first words out of my family as we entered the condo. This place is one of the nicest places we have stayed. It is decorated first class and yet it is very comfortable. The large table seated my whole family of 9 comfortably with plenty of beds.
The surrounding grounds are meticulously maintained with a very nice manager and grounds people.
My kids loved the heated pool and spa. After a day of adventure, it was nice to come back to such a nice complex. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with matching dishes, nice glasses and a variety of quality pots and pans. Not the typical mis-matched left overs of silverware and various cups. The BBQ was also an added convenience.
Also the Tv's in each room (4) eliminated the arguments between who was watching Sponge Bob or a movie.
There are a variety restaurants and the grocery store within walking distance. The free shuttle stop is right there. This will take you throughout Mammoth.
I can't say enough about this home away from home. This will be our first choice for all upcoming vacations. We give this place a 10+ and two thumbs up!
