Great place to stay!

This was my family's second time around staying in this lovely home. We usually rent individual homes for our vacations and have found that is the best way to go!
The home is absolutely perfect with everything you need and the pool right outside is totally awesome! Don't let the home being off the beach deter you from staying here - the beach is only 7 minutes away and at the Naples pier there is a designated parking lot - once out of the car, you only walk one block and you are on the beach! A wonderful, beautiful beach that wasn't crowded even around the fourth of July! Also, there are grocery stores and shopping about 3 minutes away from the home!
What makes this place so wonderful is the fact that you can spend all day at the beach, come home to a perfect dinner (grilled by yours truly) and swim as long as you want without having to worry about the crowd. The view is wonderful from the pool - you look over King's lake and watch the seagulls, ducks and other birds. A very quiet relaxed community. We made friends with several of the ducks and they were actually awaiting our return each evening for another slice of bread!
The home is equipped with all the essentials (and MORE) to cook a wonderful meal. The beds are so comfortable. The villa is tastefully decorated in every way. There are beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. that are in perfect condition and are appreciated!
We definitely marked this place as a "keeper" and hope that Anne will continue to have her place available to rent to other families.
Believe me, you won't be disaapointed if you select this rental.

LOVELY VILLA IN A BEAUTIFUL AREA

This must have been our tenth holiday to Naples. We have stayed in many different places in and around Naples, but Kingslake area is really quiet and easily accessible to olde Naples and the famous pier.
We spent many days down at the beautiful beach and fishing off the pier. The weather was unbelievably warm for October, so warm the fish weren't coming in !
There are many superb restaurants to eat in. We liked to eat out alternate nights. Bellinis on fifth is delicious for italian, P F Changs is one of the best chinese restaurants about, The Dock is frequented by the locals and offers great food beautifully presented.Coffee on 5th is really nice for a coffee and you can access the internet there. It is also owned by a scottish couple who have recently moved to the area, well worth a visit!
The villa was lovely, the nights we stayed in, we would get the barbecue going and enjoy the view. The house was tastefully decorated with lovely furniture and fittings. I particularly liked the fact that the pool got the sun from morning until night, which meant if you were out all day, when you returned the sun was still on the pool area.There were plenty of towels for the pool and everything you would need when dining in at night.My 17 y/old son really liked the fact he could use his Ipod to stay in touch wirelessly with his rugby friends back home especially after matches that he had missed while on holiday.In all it was a very comfortable home that we enjoyed staying in for 2 weeks.

It's not often when you view properties on-line that the reality of what you actually get is as good - if not better. We have stayed in a number of properties in Florida over the last 15 years and this is without doubt the best. Our thanks go to Anne for letting us stay at the villa and her `team' who ensure that the villa is maintained to an excellent standard. We are definitely hoping to go back in the future.

A lovely villa in a very quiet location

We had a great 2 weeks in the villa with our 3 children.
The house is great, its very well equipped and has got everything you need and the beds are so comfortable! I chose this villa because the pool is big and it didn't disappoint.
Everything is close by, lovely restaurants, beautiful local beaches and great shops, my god the Cheesecake Factory is amazing we all put on about a stone each!
We have stayed in about 7 villas in Florida and this is definitely up with our best.
The house is great, its very well equipped and has got everything you need and the beds are so comfortable! I chose this villa because the pool is big and it didn't disappoint.

I really dont know where to start with this amazing villa. I can honestly say that i have NEVER stayed anywhere this nice in my life. The villa had everything and more and made our holiday what it was.
Naples was beautifull and there was nothing nicer than coming back after a hot day in the sun to relax by the pool and light up the bbq. Not only was the Villa immaculate, beautifully decorated and furnished but all the little extras made things much more enjoyable and easier....which is exactly what you want when you are on holiday.
We done a little bit of travelling whilst in Florida but nothing compared to Naples. Everytime we returned to Naples and the Villa we had the same feeling of being really spoiled. The location is perfect, the property was perfect and the weather was perfect. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone but at the same time i would be tempted not totell anyone so i can keep this perfect find to myself.

Villa Rillasante is a beautiful villa totally at ease with itself, It is the such a lovely place to enjoy a very relaxing holiday on your own or with family.
The villa has everything you would want for your holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped down to a mini processor that was so handy for preparation of my five month old grandson's food. Everything is user friendly and in perfect working order. It is very well maintained and thought out for a really home from home experience.
The layout of the villa is very good. We spent a month in the villa two weeks of which were spent with our children and grandchildren. They slept one side and we slept the other so were not kept awake by any babies who wanted to play at 3 o'clock in the morning. This grandparent business is just so nice you get all the good bits and sleep as well!
The villa setting is just perfect looking onto the lake . The community is mixed so you get a feel for american suburban life which you cannot experience in a hotel or on some of the other holiday communities.
This is the first time we have taken a house, although we have travelled extensively throughout America, and the whole experience was seamless. Questions and information were always answered very quickly by Anne and our deposit cheque nearly beat us home.
You should have full confidence in booking this Villa and I hope to return again soon. Thank you Anne for all your help

Wonderful villa in a great location

It was with great reluctance that we had to leave "Villa Rilassante" after spending a wonderful month there.
The villa is absolutely beautiful, spacious and furnished to a very high standard so we felt "at home" immediately.
We enjoyed exploring the area, playing golf, lazing by the superb pool, and finding some very good restaurants. In fact sitting with sundowners at the pool side watching the wildlife by the lake was quite magnificent. Also strolling alone 5th Ave. and 3rd St. browsing in the shops and galleries was very pleasant and was only just a short drive away.
We will have many happy memories for a long time to come, and cannot recommend it highly enough and hope to return soon.

Our review is long overdue but we are still thinking of this holiday. What a beautiful villa to stay in and we would recommend it without hesitation. The house was in a really lovely area and the villa was gorgeous. It was equipped with everything you could hope for and spotless. The outside dining area and pool were fantastic and we spent a lot of our time there because we had small children. They absolutely loved playing at the end of the pool with their toys under the sun shade. This is definitely a villa to be proud of! As for Naples, what a fabulous place. Gorgeous beach, shops, restaurants and a fantastic waterpark and zoo for the kids. One place we would definitely visit again!

Wow! My husband and I stayed at this lovely Villa for a week in January 2009. We loved sitting out by the pool overlooking the gorgeous lake every morning over our breakfast. This property is magnificently taken care of and had everything one would need during a holiday including bicycles. We were also very impressed with the property owners insight to every detail to making our holiday smooth and comfortable.
It was our first time to Naples and we absolutely adored this little town. The Italian restaurants downtown are fantastic. If you are looking for the best coffee in town stop by the Bad Ass Coffee Company on 3rd Street and you won't be disappointed. We would definitely return to Naples and this wonderful vacation home again and again.

Good location about 10 miutes from downtown Naples and the beach on a beautiful estate with lots of Xmas lights on the houses when we visited.
The villa is fantastic with a very large lounge area and large pool and surrounds overlooking the lake.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. Bed linen and other soft furnishings also of very high quality. Five TVs to choose from, free wifi internet access and free films on demand from Cable TV system - all went mostly unused as the weather was good.
We have stayed in Florida villas every year for the last ten years or so and this is the best villa we have found - highly recommended
