Lots of room to relax and spread out with three full bedrooms and two bath, plus two separate lanais. There are TVs in each bedroom with DVD and flat screen TV in the living area and a flat screen in the master. Plus free high speed wireless internet and free local and long distance calling to the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. There is a king bed in the master with attached bath and two single beds in each of the other bedrooms.
The area affords tremendous opportunities for relaxation on old Florida style Anna Maria Island, with an outstanding natural setting and plenty of local shops, galleries and restaurants. Opportunities abound for boat and fishing excursions. Or biking, wave running, surfing, sailing, tennis, golf.... Within walking distance is a library, shops, restaurants, a large park and playground, a boat ramp and a nature preserve. The free island trolley is just steps from our door, as is the beach. The dock has a fishing pier in addition to docks for boats up to 30 feet. And the pool is heated. The area is wonderful for biking and exploring. There's no need to ever leave the island but just south is the bridge to Longboat Key and the many outstanding shops and restaurants of St. Armand's Circle. You will be very close to Sarasota's many theaters, museums, outstanding restaurants, shopping and activities. If you want to go further, Tampa is just an hour away with national sports teams and larger city attractions. And it's a short two hour drive to Orlando's theme park attractions. The beautiful natural and accessible location allows you to never get in a car, and spend all your time right here on the island; or quickly get off the island and explore the greater area with quick access to two bridges.
