I recently had a team meeting at the house with 8 of my reps and it was Perfect! The house is beautiful, the yard is picturesque! The house really has something to offer for everyone- from the play room, to the spa, to the ideal "man cave". The layout of the house is perfect for a group or for large family. Lots of space, beautiful location, just perfect!! Look forward to renting here again.

We had a wonderful time for the long weekend getaway I planned with my extended family. The fact that there is a bathroom for every bedroom made everyone's stay really convenient. The space that the house provides for our kids to run around was excellent, and the great room was nice at night time for the adults to relax. The play room above the garage was well used by all the kids. We took out the kayak's every day and everyone enjoyed using them. Overall I highly recommend this place for a family/friend getaway. We had a great time.

Susan - your home is a wonderful "resort" for an amazing summer vacation. My large family absolutely loved your home and it almost felt as if it was made for us. We cook every meal in house and your home is the first that provided us with enough cold and dry storage. Not to mention the ample supply of kitchen tools and towels, etc. The lake itself is beautiful, clear, quiet - but not too quiet. Your home is meticulously maintained inside and out. Thanks again for allowing us in your home we had a great time and are hoping to see you again next year.

What an absolutely beautiful house! Luxurious yet so homey. We had such a nice time that we only went on one day trip to the White Mountains (a must do in NH). The kitchen was fully equipped and we made dinners every night for 14 people. The downstairs oven came in handy for a nice pork roast so that we didn't heat up the main floor. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi! It was especially great to sit in it while watching the opening ceremonies of the Olympics on the downstairs flat screen TV. The kids loved the little beach and made plenty of sand mountain tunnels. The sounds of the loons in the evenings and early mornings was so soothing. Susan's perennial garden is just stunning and on several occasions, I saw 3 hummingbirds at one time darting in and out of the phlox. It was so wonderful to have 8 bathrooms, one each per bedroom. That was truly a luxury. The house is so nicely decorated, totally befitting of a lakeside house. It's very apparent that Susan loves the dragon flies and grasshoppers that are abundant outside by the lovely iron and wood sconces and wall hangings. She was very accommodating and made herself always available should any issues have arisen. We also appreciated that there was a garbage pick up mid-week (our rental last year did not do that and the pails were outside, overflowing and torn to pieces by the raccoons). In the Winnisquam house, we were able to neatly put the garbage in the garage with no muss or fuss.

We want to thank Susan very much for her hospitality and the careful and loving way the house was arranged. We look forward to coming back again next season. We would recommend this house to anyone!

We rented this home for a family reunion. The home is absolutely spectacular!! Susan (the owner) was wonderful throughout the entire rental process and really made the home welcoming and comfortable for all the family we had. Everything we needed and more was provided upon our stay. Everyone agreed that our reunion was made much more special by choosing such a lovely place. We felt so lucky to have found this site. The lake was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed all the amenities that Susan provided for us, like...kayaks, floats, etc. The home is very spacious and we all had the privacy we needed even with the size of the group we had. Thank you so very much Susan for tending to all the little details, it was very much appreciated. We will look forward to coming back in the future.
