This home is near downtown and is perfect for Austin Festivals South by Southwest (SXSW), Austin City Limits (ACL), and for Formula One. It is located in Tarrytown but was built in 2004. The master bedroom is upstairs and the other two bedrooms are downstairs. The house sleeps 8, including 2 on the large sofa in the TV room. In addition, we have 2 air mattresses, taking the total to 12 people. Wireless internet and cable TV are easily available. Free weights, treadmill, and outside hot tub are on the property for your enjoyment. There is garage and outside street parking available. Town Lake hike and bike trails, Deep Eddy swimming pool, and Zilker Park are all within walking distance. Restaurants and a grocery store also are within walking distance.
