Highly Recommended Downtown Denver Location
My stay at this property was my first experience using VRBO and I found it very worthwhile! I don't think I would consider staying anywhere else when visiting Denver. The check-in/out process was very simple and I encountered no issues. The property itself is very well maintained. Extremely clean and everything is in just like new condition. Another nice feature was that the kitchen was stocked with many basic spices. The location is excellent with many restaurants and bars within just a block or two. There is a supermarket about a mile away which was close enough to walk for me. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions of which I had many. Everything in the property was true to the photos on the VRBO site. I really liked the view from the balcony and enjoyed sitting out in the afternoon. If you are planning on visiting Denver I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent location and comfortable condo!
A group of 5 adults stayed in Annie's lovely condo for 5 nights. We could not have been more pleased! Centrally located close to Coors Field, 16th Street Mall, and the Denver Performing Arts Center, Downtown Julie Brown was the perfect choice for us. We made use of the included parking spot, loved having Starbucks just downstairs, and it was also the perfect choice for catching the AF bus to the airport from 16th and Market. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was amazing, and the internet was fast and reliable. We also loved having TVs with DVD players. Annie was extremely easy to work with, fast to respond, and left extremely detailed schedules for local events, check-out instructions, and restaurant and other local recommendations. If you are looking for a downtown Denver condo, look no further!

Do not hesitate!
Simply an ideal rental! Downtown Julie Brown far exceeded my family of five expectations. Absolutely a great location. The condo was clean, comfortable, with amenities that made our visit feel like home. Most importantly, the owner was a true jewel to work with! If you are looking for a property in the Denver, Metro area do not hesitate to rent this wonderful condo.

fabulous spot!!!
We were in Denver for a conference at the convention center. It was within walking distance, as was everything else, of this wonderful condo. Everything about the experience was fantastic! The condo was immaculate and extremely well provisioned. If you took your eyes off the wonderful views you were treated to beautiful artwork. Annie, the owner, provided timely and accurate information about the condo and the surrounding area.
The only reason that I would hesitate to recommend this property to a friend ..... would be that I would fear that it would not be available for ME next time I return to Denver. Can't say enough about how beautiful the condo was and how safe the location felt.

Spectacular View and Location
Wonderful spacious condo with breathtaking views of downtown Denver and mountains. Well maintained, new carpet, great kitchen. Walking distance to everything.

Excellent place to stay!
The location is excellent. The view is excellent. The condo was clean and stocked just as a hotel would be. Restaurants, nightlife, and any other entertainment is within walking distance or just hail a cab if you don't feel like walking. We did have a car but we barely used it.
If your'e looking for a place to stay in Denver check this out. If you're willing to pay for a really nice hotel you should rent this condo instead. It is worth it!

Awesome downtown location for Western Stock Show
Downtown Julie Brown has a fun ring to the name and that is where the fun begins. We spent our days at the Western Stock Show and Downtown Julie Brown welcomed us back each evening to refresh before hitting the town for the evening. We were within walking distance to great restaurants, Latimar Square, 16th Street Mall, shopping and movie theaters, I love the energy of the city.
This property is very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessities, then some. The bed linens are top of the line, and the bath sheets are soft and cuddly. I took pictures of the bed so I can replicate the look. (Annie I hope you don't mind.)
We commented on the tastefulness of the art prior to being aware that Annie is the artist. The view from the 20th floor is breathtaking, I love the twinkle of city lights.
We would recommend this unit to anyone wanting the convenience and luxury of being downtown. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Fun in Downtown Denver
We really enjoyed Brooks Towers and the property as well. The owner had all the necessary items we might need plus many extra thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable. The building was staffed with friendly people, and we felt safe and welcome. The condo itself was clean and ready for us. The owner had a notebook ready to help us choose nearby restaurants and that was very helpful. We did correspond with her while we were there, and she was helpful and prompt with her email responses. We would recommend this property to anyone who wanted to be in downtown Denver, central to 16th street, and near all of the downtown action: Performing Arts Center, Rockies, Broncos, Elitches Amusement Park, Larimer Square, movies, etc.

Gorgeous Christmas Get-away
Our family of 4 rented this beautiful unit during our visit to Denver for the Christmas holidays. It was a perfect location to celebrate Christmas. The peaceful building was tastefully decorated for the holidays and centrally located - a quick walk to see the lights on the City and County building and visit the Van Gogh exhibit at the art museum, a couple of blocks to the mall with carriage rides and ice skating, and, best of all, one short block to the Denver Performing Arts complex! We had tickets to see Marin Alsop conduct "Too Hot To Handel" and we're thrilled not to have to compete for parking. In addition to enjoying the spectacular view of the city lights and Christmas Eve snow fall from this 20th floor unit, Annie had the condo elegantly decorated for the holidays. This special touch made our 11-year-old daughter particularly happy while she was away from home for Christmas morning. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable and beautifully appointed (don't miss Annie's fantastic art!) place to stay in downtown Denver. Thank you for sharing this great home.

Birthday Stay
Enjoyed our stay immensely. Only used a car once or twice at the most. The property was clean and well-maintained. Only wished there was an ironing board on site as we went to see White Christmas and my husband's dress shirt was slightly wrinkled from our flight. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. Loved the fact that anything that we wanted to see or do was within walking distance! Loved the view from the balcony!
