Unusually large open plan apartment with high ceilings. There are 2 double beds (1 fixed on the mezzanine level accessed by ladder - ideal for youngsters or guest stop over), living area with TV and DVD player with selection of DVDs, dining area, built in wardrobes with sliding mirror doors, spacious hall, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom suite.
The apartment is located in a modern development with many amenities for residents only. These include a hotel style lobby entrance with concierge+CCTV for security, swimming pool with sauna, gym, table tennis table, great fun for all the family, communal garden and roof terrace; they are complimentary to the rent price.

Perfect apartment!

We (family with kids aged 5 and 7) just atayed for 3 nights in this perfect apartment. It was very comfortable and fully equipped and located perfectly (very near a Circle Line underground station, near a Central Line Station and buses). The kids loved the leisure options after a day full of sight seeing.
The owner Sue send very useful information about the apartment, the neighbourhood (supermarkets, restaurants) and transport to us on our first enquiry. She responded quickly to questions and welcomed us on our day of arrival to hand over the keys. She was very kind and helpful.
We can certainly recommend this apartment!

It is a very comfortable and nice apartment. Tracey took care of us very well and answer all the questions about the town we needed.
The owner answered quickly to all the questions by e-mail.
Everything was perfect.
You can even enjoy a lovely swimminpool after a tired day walking around the town.

Perfect, just perfect

For a family of four, two adults two children this appartment was perfect. There is plenty of space and my two daughters especially like the sleeping platform. The pool - well that was quite a treat.
Transport links are excellent and wandering the local area for a beer or two was very much enjoyed.There's plenty of history and culture on the door step and if you can face it a pre-dawn stroll to Smithfield Market prior to a post or pre breakfast dip is worth the effort and the yawns.
We really enjoyed our stay and would really recommend this appartment

Super location, spacious and clean

The apartment was everything we expected! No surprises or misrepresentation on behalf of the owner. The flat was clean and very spacious, more room than was needed for the three of us, and felt somewhat decadent. Being from the States we were most grateful for the secure entrance into the building, the close proximity to the Farringdon station and the large window with neighborhood views.
Thanks again to Sue and Tracey for helping us enjoy a wonderful 4-night stay in London. We would not hesitate to stay at Herbal Hill on future visits!

Very nice, clean, comfortable en fully equipped apartment, leisure facilities 24/7. Excellent location, the bus stops almost outside the frontdoor, the Farringdon Underground / Railway station is nearby and many attractions are within walkingdistance. A lot of nice restaurants en cafe's in the neighbourhoeod, e.g. Moro. Last but not least, Sue is very helpful and friendly

An amazing apartment in an excellent location. We were so impressed by the high standard of the apartment, how quiet it was, and also the added bonus of a (very warm!) indoor pool!
Having rented other apartments in central London, this was amazing value for money and the warm welcome was the icing on the cake. We shall definitely return here on our next family holiday to London!

We enjoy a lot our stay in London at Herbal Hill.

Our family (two children, 9 and 12) had a wonderful time in this nice, well-located apartment during the two weeks we spent in London. The modern facilities helped us make the most of our stay and the children had great leisure options. I strongly recommend it for families with young children and for everyone looking for a quiet place in the central area. We felt at home from the moment we came in. We already know where to lodge the next time we visit London. Thank you!

My family (2 adults and 2 children 6 and 2 years old) stayed in this lovely flat for a week and had a wonderful time. The flat owner welcomed us warmly (even though we arrived about 2 hours later than the time scheduled). The flat was more spacious than expected, with nice linen, towels, coffee, tea, spices for cooking, excellent fridge and tv. We were surprised by the lovely fresh flowers and the mineral water and wine in the fridge waiting for us! My children loved the bunk bed and felt 'at home' from the very beginning with the games and toys available. Unfortunately we could not use the swimming pool as the British weather was quite chilly during our stay but it seamed very clean and spacious.
It was just really nice to get back to the flat after a full day of sightseeing and preparing a hot meal to the children in the kitchen. Definitely better than staying in a hotel (specially when traveling with children). Oxford Street was a short bus ride away from the flat as well as supermarkets and pubs. Would love to go back and stay there again!
