Relax on the huge balcony overlooking the ocean in this spacious, two bedroom, two bath, first floor, beachfront condo. Take a break from the ocean with a dip in the outdoor pool. This unit was just painted, renovated and refurnished in 2012--$15,000 WORTH OF UPGRADES JUST COMPLETED. The condo has a king-sized master bedroom with its own balcony access and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds that can sleep children separately or be placed together forming a second king-sized bed for adults. The guest bedroom also features its own bathroom and shower.

The kitchen is fully furnished to allow home cooked meals and you can minimize your workload by taking advantage of the unit's dishwasher. There is ample room to sit and eat comfortably at either the breakfast bar or dining table.

Fine dining and shopping are both just minutes away.

For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in this unit to prevent trips to an outside washer/dryer facility. In addition, the building has an elevator which is just 30 feet from our unit's front door-this helps to limit your luggage burden.

About Owner/Property Manager

My wife and I were born, raised and currently live in Pennsylvania. We have two school-aged daughters Erica and Holly who love to travel with us on vacation. We fell in love with North Myrtle Beach and decided to buy our own ocean front condo. Our best friends from high school live just minutes away from our condo and they are able to keep our unit exceptionally clean and in great shape all year.

This unit is conveniently located on the first floor of the complex-no hiking stairs. The elevator for the building is within 30 feet of the front door so as to make your luggage burden minimal. This condo's balcony is very large and offers access from the living room as well as the master bedroom.

Perfect Oceanfront Condo

This condo had wonderful ocean views from the huge balcony. The condo was equipped with everything a beach lover would need including beach chairs. The pool was very nice with ample sunshine all day. The location in North Myrtle is convenient to our favorite restaurants and Barefoot Landing. The elevator was just outside our door and made it easy for us to haul our luggage into and out of the unit. We hope to return to this North Myrtle Beach location next year.

We made it to the condo and can honestly say that of all of the places we have rented this is by far the loveliest. It is so nice I can't put into words how much we love this place. Could just stay here all week and never leave the condo!!! Thanks so much for renting it to us. I want to buy one just like it (and we may consider doing just that!).

Having rented condos in Myrtle Beach for over 30 years and using VRBO throughout the world for the last 5.. this was by far our most pleasent expereince. Condo was brand new and beautifully appointed, view was fantastic, and location in the middle of everything.. Having a local owner/manager was a definate plus, and he was the most helpful and thoughtful we have ever used with VRBO..Would highly recommend this property and we will return!

Early summer was out first visit to this condo. We found the inside to be tastefully decorated and comfortable; the kitchen was well-equipped and functional. The view of the ocean from the deck was outstanding and it was a very short walk to the pool and the beach (through the parking garage that is provided for guests). Its location made it simple to visit local sites, do some shopping, take in The Carolina Opry, and eat in some marvelous restaurants. We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting North Myrtle Beach.

Thanks for the great week at your condo...E1. The views from the balcony were beautiful, especially sunrise. We were up each morning to search for shells and found some beauties. The king bed was an extravagance for us...it was comfortable and we loved having a TV in there so we could snuggle down for our favorites later in the evening. Your condo is decorated perfectly for the beach and was so cozy and met our needs perfectly. We did strip the king bed and placed the sheets along with the towels in the master bath. Hope the cleaning crew found everything in order as per the instructions...dishes washed and put away, floors swept, etc. We also loved the keyless entry and having access to the beach chairs! It was a wonderful week....
