The address is 442 East 21st Avenue, North Wildwood. This is beach block, right at the beach and boardwalk! No streets to cross to Reach the Beach! And what a Beach it is! Unit #201 sleeps 4. Beachfully decorated, with beach and pool views. Special getaway weekends available off season. Off street assigned parking for one car. Heat and Air provided and a ceiling fan if you prefer the ocean breezes while you sleep. Outside shower, laundry room, large pool and kiddie pool. Sundeck with plenty of tables, chairs and lounge chairs provided.

Condo Rental Amenities:

Relax! Bamboo floors throughout, so take your shoes off and go barefoot. Two TV's and DVD player for down time. Magazines and books provided. Wall air and heat, with a ceiling fan in the living room. Kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, and two stove top burners. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Nice enclosed shower to rinse off the beach sand. Two coin- op washers and dryers available for your convenience. All the fun of the amusement rides just steps away.

the place is well located but there was moisisure on the ceiling of the bathroom I was really disappointed. And of all the condo was the most expensive and least equipped. No cables for entertaining.

Recommended for: Families with Young Children

Owner's Response: Sorry to hear of your disappointment. The moisture in the bathroom, from the unit above has been corrected. I'm not sure what other equiptment you needed, but I try to have everything for my guests and always say that if they need anything, to call me- I live on the island and can get it right to them. Basic cable is provided-50 plus channels. Most of the time, guests are outside having fun.
The rate is comparable to the other units- we always try to be the same.
