Come relax and enjoy lakefront living at our lovely home on Lake Hartwell in North Georgia. House is situated on a quiet (no wake), deep water cove perfect for swimming and fishing, yet very close to the big water of Lake Hartwell. Our house is the perfect home base for your vacation!

Large single-slip covered dock, where the owners boat stays on lift, but plenty of room to tie yours up along side. If you need to rent a boat, we can put you in touch with someone. Pedal boat included in your rental! Dock also has expanded seating area and a jetski platform and features a swing for relaxing and enjoying the lake view.

We are located just minutes from beautiful Miltown Campground and Carter Ferry, a boat launch area and conveniently located near Hartwell Marina for refueling your boat.

Great for families or small groups. The house has been recently renovated and features hardwoods throughout, ceramic tile baths and a new wrap-around deck.

High-Speed Internet connection now available. Bring your laptop and check your e-mails.

Master bedroom (lake view) features king bed, vaulted ceiling, sliding glass doors to the deck with lake view, TV/DVD and has it's own bath with ceramic tile floors.

Two secondary bedrooms feature queen bed and set of twin beds each. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD and walk-in closets. Plenty of space to store your things.

Bright kitchen with all appliances, including microwave, toaster, mixer, blender, plenty of kitchen utensils, dishwasher, new stove and cooktop (2007), and refrigerator. Breakfast area is open to both the family room and sunroom. Breakfast bar area is great for kids to eat while grown-ups are at the table.

Cozy family room features fireplace (plenty of fire wood), sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), TV/DVD/VCR with surround sound system. Built-n shelfs have large selection of VHS and DVDs movies, books and magazines. Curl up and watch your favorite movie or read one of the books or magazines we have available.

Chill out in the sunroom (lake view) which features vaulted ceiling, sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), loveseat, recliner chair, wall of windows and french doors to the deck with view of the lake.

GAME ROOM IN THE BASEMENT WITH THE BAR FINISHED IN 2007!

Bar has bar chairs, mini fridge filled with soft drinks, flat sreen 32' TV with DVD/VHS and futon, that can be converted to double bed. Plenty of games available, including an air-hockey table and foosball, that can be converted to pool table! Have Vegas night, play Black Jack, Craps or Roulette on our new game table! Improve your golfing skills with electric putting Partner on the 9 foot putting green. Have fun playing your favorite tunes on electric keyboard or have karaoke night!

Fire pit area with benches and tables perfect for smores. Flag stone sitting area in the shade under deck perfect place for you to relax in hot summer day.

Lake Hartwell is a great fishing lake. You can catch Bream, Black and White Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Hybrid Bass and the granddaddy of sport fish in Lake Hartwell - Striped Bass. You may fish anywhere and any time of the year in Lake Hartwell. Do not wait book your fishing trip now!

Laundry closet has washer and dryer.

Snowbirds from North of the US and Canada call us for reduced mothly rates for the winter.

Bedding accommodations include one king, one queen, two twins, two sleeper sofas, futon can be converted to double bed and double size airbed.

We have friends who bought house on Lake Hartwell. We always go to Florida, but after they invite us one time we fell in love with Lake Hartwell and bought house near them.

What makes this house unique

House located in cove with no wake from boats, safe to swim. We completely renovated house, added master bedroom, sun room, play room in basement, put new roof, siding, walkway to the dock, new deck, etc. House has everything to relax and have a perfect family vacation!

A great escape !!

We had a blast at this lake house. The house itself had everything we needed (and then some) and really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, the fireplace was cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked. The basement was the perfect place for the kids to call their own and play games, watch movies, etc. The property is incredible. A nice little cove on the water. Can't wait to get back there during the summer to enjoy the lakehouse and all of the parks and trails nearby. It's a great place to get away and spend time outdoors.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely lake house. The place was very comfortable and a great place for the kids an grandkids. The owners of this lake house have everything you need for a great vacation the only thing to bring is your food. The family loved the dock and spent most of the time on it, fishing and swimming. It was the perfect place for our family's time together. We came from three different states and met here which was a great location for all of us. We would love to do this again next year...thanks for everything!!!!

We try to vacation with our extended family (3 brothers and their families) every year at Lake Hartwell. This lakehouse has a good layout for larger groups with teenagers. The basement game room is a great hangout for the teenage boys; plenty of movies, games, and a seperate entrance. The dock is in a quiet cove, plenty of safe swimming and fishing. The paddle boat was an extra bonus. The walk down to the dock is a gentle slop, with a few wooded stairs. This made the dock easily accessible for the older folks in our family. We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lake house and would definitely return.

This lake house is well equiped and the location is perfect. The home has games, water toys and appropriate kitchen and cooking tools for outside grilling. We rented strictly from the internet and the pictures helped us make a positive decision. The home was clean overall....noticed that the floors weren't super clean, but acceptable. The owner provided soap, laundry detergent and other cleaning supplies as well as ample towels. We live in Atlanta, so we brought our own supplies, but they were not necessary. Air conditioning worked perfectly as it was "hot" that week. The only suggestion would be to have access to the downstairs play area from the upstairs rather than having to go outside to access. The owner was very responsive during our preparation for the visit and we would definitely consider renting again!

We had a great time here at your home.. The cove was peaceful, the waterwas deep and beautiful! The rafts, tubes and noodels were fun! The life vests came in handy for younger kids & with our canoo & jet ski we rented. Our brother was able to come from Atlanta to visit, he'd never heard of this lake.

Our family had a fantastic time, and many lifetime memories were created.
The house is very nice, and in a great location on the lake. Based on the owner's suggestion we rented a boat from Gordon's Marina and one of my children learned to ski.
If anyone is vacationing at Lake Hartwell this is the perfect house to rent.

The house is great. We were really comfortable there and it had everything to accomidate the kids. The pedal boat was also great and as was the fishing dock. Gordons marina was not far from the house so we rented a pontoon boat and parked it at the dock when we were ready to eat lunch. the kids loved the basement it was awesome. We had one of the greatest times ever there. We will definitely rent from you in the future and thank you very much.
