LESS THAN A MILE FROM THE OCEAN. Enjoy comfortable coastal living at this 3-level townhome in the serene community of Spring Lake. This is a one-of-a-kind, lovingly cared for coastal retreat filled with a mix of antique, designer and casual furnishings and located in one of the newer phases of Spring Lake. Our 49 acre park-like community features 3 lakes and a 25-yard swimming pool to enjoy a morning, afternoon or evening swim. Everything the beach has to offer is at your doorstep, plus you will be less than a mile from the ocean. Drive or bike to downtown Rehoboth Beach and enjoy fantastic shopping, great restaurants, nightlife, and the boardwalk.

The first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining/living room area with sliding glass doors opening to a patio featuring table with seating and chair swing to relax and enjoy the tranquil water view. On the second floor you will find a large, bright master bedroom with king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, flat screen LED TV w/VCR and sliding glass doors to a sun-filled deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on two lounge chairs with an unparalleled view of the pond. The master bathroom also has a large glassed-in shower and double sinks. The guest bedroom has twin beds, ample closet space, and separate bath. This bedroom also offers a TV with DVD & VCR. The third floor loft has comfortable seating, ceiling fan and TV with DVD. Central air conditioning throughout, with ceiling fans in all sleeping areas. All beds are fully made with pillows, quality sheets/linens, blankets and bedspreads. Unlike many properties, I do not want my rentals to worry about bringing their own bedding. Bath and beach towels are not included.

Other amenities include high-speed internet, a Rehoboth Beach parking tag, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a medium and small-size coolers, and children's beach toys. For cloudy days, there are movies for all ages on DVD or VCR, along with a variety of board games. This is a family home, and the maximum occupancy is for 4 people, which includes children. No group rentals are accepted.

Two dedicated parking spaces are available in front of the unit, as well as ample guest parking. There are no shuttles to the beach from Spring Lake Townhomes and the Jolley Trolley does not come past Spring Lake. It's route runs from Dewey Beach, on DE 1, taking Rd 50 to Rehoboth Avenue and the Boardwalk. PLEASE check the location of this rental on the map provided.

In season...WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial Day to Labor Day, unless the rental schedule can accommodate a last-minute weekend or mid-week rental. Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or check-out not available during summer months. PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY and READ RATE DETAILS before submitting inquiry.

I'm a retired commercial artist, who has lived in this area for almost 30 years. I love the beach and take great pride in providing an exceptional vacation property. It is so wonderful when a family stays in my home and takes the time to let me know how much fun they had while in Rehoboth Beach. It's a great place to live and it makes me happy to know that others enjoy it as well.

Rehoboth Beach is really a multifaceted fun destination with many annual programs, including free beach concerts and art/antique shows throughout the summer. Not far away, you can enjoy historic Lewes or take the ferry to enjoy a day in quaint Cape May, NJ. Our restaurants are new and exciting, with a range from pizza delivery to ethnic and fine gourmet dining. Spend some time shopping on Rehoboth Avenue or find great brand names like Coldwater Creek, Ralph Lauren, Vanity Fair, Nike...located at our outlets with tax-free savings. Also, for those who love a good farmer's market, the new Rehoboth Beach park (located at the end of Columbia Street, near the town circle) is open on Tuesday from 12 noon until 6:00 PM.

Hard to believe this townhome is a rental. It's well-decorated and cared for, with comfortable beds and every imaginable convenience, making it a perfect spot for a girlfriends' weekend. The location was a dream: Easy driving distance to beaches and Rehobeth nightlife. We even could've biked to both, had we brought our bikes. The owner was extremely accommodating, extending our arrival and departure times, and recommending great restaurants and a blissful spa.. No hesitations about recommending this place!

Hi Jackie, Just wanted to tell you once again what a wonderful first-time experience we had at Rehoboth Beach and how much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful town home. It was so much nicer than staying at a hotel! Your home is extremely clean, well maintained and filled with beautiful art, antiques, tailored furnishings and every comfort you can think of. We were pleased with the entire area - especially the tax-free aspect, which is a welcome relief for New Yorkers! To sum it all up, I'd say we had just the right amount of relaxing, shopping and fun! Our very first time at Rehoboth Beach and it was very successful! We absolutely loved the townhouse. It was very clean and spot on for our needs! My girls especially loved the swing on the back patio and the view of the pond. All the recommendations given to us where all good ones. The food was great, the beach was beautiful, and our stay was very welcoming! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful townhouse, we loved it! Thank you Jackie. You have a beautiful place and very clean. It was nice to stay at a place that actually looked like the photos you showed on the website. (We have found places online before & have been very disappointed when we've seen it in person). With 2 kids we did a lot of cooking & it was great to have a nicely stocked kitchen. Wow; what a gorgeous place - this condo is fabulous - all the amenities you could possible want.
We stayed for a week and wished it could have been longer!
The condo is located near - a major highway, great restaurants and the walk to Rehoboth Beach is pleasant and scenic.
We thoroughly enjoyed the private patio --- for our morning coffee and our later in the day - cocktail hour!
We couldn"t have chosen a better place to stay -- the owner has thought of everthing for her guests!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhouse. It was very quiet, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and reading on the third floor. Her impressive DVD collection entertained us on rainy nights. The townhouse was close to everything--downtown Rehoboth, the beach, restaurants, and the outlets. We would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to return next year.

We had a terrific time at your place. We plan to come back, thats for sure. Te kids loved the pool and had a great time catching the blue gills in the pond. Plenty to do by the beach, your place was extremely comfortable, thank you for renting to us. ave a great fall and winter hope to see you next year

This property is tastefully furnished and beautifully maintained. The location is a nice walk or bicycle ride into town or to the beach. Parking is included in the complex and the owner's parking permit made it convenient to park in town, where parking would otherwise have been quite challenging. My family would be happy to stay at this home the next time we return to Rehoboth.

I just wanted to tell you we had a great time at Rehoboth beach. Your townhouse is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. My kids did not want to leave. They made some friends, and said it was the best time ever. We are definitely planning on coming back. My husband said it would be very difficult to go back to a hotel after this experience.
