Gorgeous 1 bedroom condo in the Village, downtown Montreal, a 5 min walk

to the Beaudry subway station and Ste-Catherine Street, Montreal's main street.

The condo can accommodate up to 4 people and features: Living/Dining Room, Kitchen,

enclosed Bedroom, Bathroom, In-Suite Laundry Facilities, French doors opening up to a private Patio,

Air Conditioning, Widescreen TV, DVD Player, Sound system. Free private parking.

Well, we are home safely from Montreal.
We just wanted to thank you all for making our stay so nice and comfortable. Your condo was perfect and just what we needed to come back to each evening after a long day of fun and exploration. We especially appreciate the extra effort you went to to set up the patio furniture. We surely did enjoy it out there.

After the first time I stayed in this condo, I said I would return and now I have. Everything was just as perfect as the first time. I stayed 7 weeks this time. Great location, helpful and attentive hosts, a kitchen outfitted better than my own, nice TV and comfortable furniture. I hope to be back a third time...

My partner and I completely enjoyed our visit and stay at this apartment. We were lucky enough to have the owners in town the night we arrived. Even with our late arrival, both were there to greet us and show us around the apartment. I really truly appreciated this. The location of the apartment was excellent in that it was close to the village and it was also very close to public transportation. We have used VRBO's on 5 different occasions, and this was definitely one of our best experiences ever. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. The amenities, location, and professionalism of the entire process was exceptional!

My partner and I spent 2 1/2 months in amazing Montreal this summer, 2 of those months in Claude and Bryan's charming flat. We were made very comfortable and "at home" by the attention to detail shown by our hosts. The flat was well equipped with amenities and fully stocked with all the day to day items one needs - dish and laundry detergent, trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, bath soap, paper towels, salt, pepper, sweetener, etc. The place was spotlessly clean and everything in top notch condition. The owners were available immediately to answer any questions or remedy any problems we might have. The location is great and with an Opus card and a metro/bus iPhone application, we were able to get anywhere we wanted to go in the city quite easily. We heartily recommend Montreal, and this flat.

The apartment was great. The housekeeper met me upon my arrival and showed me around the apartment while also providing useful information about the surrounding area. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a large television, washer and dryer, kitchen dishes and utensils, cleaning supplies, etc. There was an outside patio with table and chairs for relaxing and drinking coffee in the morning. The thing I liked most about the apartment was the location. It was only two blocks from Rue Ste Catherine where so many restaurants and shops are located as well as Beaudry metro. One block away was a great corner store with a suprisingly large selection of fruits and vegetables. The apartment was also within easy walking distance of Parc La Fontaine which is a beautiful city park with a lake, walking trail and bike path. Thanks to Bryan, Claude and Karen for ensuring I had a wonderful stay.

A gem of a place in Montreal !

After reviewing several places on homeaway, we settled on this great place that Bryan and Claude own, Everyone should know that the accomodation is wonderful with a very nice kitchen, great living room with flat screen tv, and a wonderful patio to sit outside to relax and have a cup of coffee in the morning. I cannot say enough about how well Bryan s communication and efforts to obtain information for us was. He went beyond what most owners do and all can take an example of this. In addition, he provided the housekeeper to wait for us and show us local stores being we arrived late by train. People who view this place will not be disappointed. Thx Bryan and Claude.

The apartment exceeded our expectations!

Hello Bryan... You can quote us on this: To maximize our experience in a short (one week) first visit to Montreal, we needed a convenient, clean, and well-equipped apartment. Bryan provided this, and exceeded our expectations. The apartment was renovated about a year ago, and almost all the furnishings, linens, and appliances were new. And they were kept new-looking due to a very high standard of cleaning. All the arrangements, such as reservation, payment, and having a greeter to meet us when we arrived, were handled professionally. When we suggested a couple of small extra kitchen items, they were supplied right away. The location was more convenient, and quieter, than we expected. We walked downtown twice along vibrant St Catherine's Street, and other times used the speedy Metro, which had a station two long blocks from the apartment. A block from the apartment, on our way home from the Metro station was a very well stocked corner store. We did bigger shopping at an IGA supermarket maybe six blocks from home. Absolutely Perfect!

Bryan's property in Montreal was absolutely perfect! It had everything I needed (laundry, parking, wifi) and was in the best location. The apartment was in pristine condition and Bryan arranged for the housekeeper to meet me on my arrival. Being an English speaker in Montreal can be a bit intimidating sometimes, but Bryan provided perfect directions and even checked in with me after my arrival. Perfect experience! :)

I had the pleasure of staying at Bryan and Claude’s condo for one month during April/May 2012. This was my 8th visit to Montreal and I can honestly say that this is the best place I have stayed so far, I only wish I had discovered it sooner! The condo is extremely comfortable, and the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making it warm and friendly. They were at the apartment to welcome me when I arrived, and were always courteous, friendly and approachable. They kept in regular contact and were always available should I need anything. The condo has everything you could need for a comfortable stay! It is a great size and has a living room with very comfortable sofas (one of which folds out into a bed), TV with lots of channels, CD and DVD players, and a dining area with 4 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would expect (oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, plenty of plates and mugs/glasses, utensils/pots and pans…). The bathroom is a comfortable size with a nice shower and plenty of storage space. The bedroom is very nicely decorated with ample storage space for clothes/luggage, and the bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in…I called it the ‘cloud bed’ because it’s what I imagine sleeping on a cloud feels like! :) The condo also has a washing machine and clothes dryer (detergent and softener are provided, also an iron and ironing board) which was great. There's a nice terrace at the front of the condo with a table and chairs to sit in warmer weather. Cleaning products are provided, but a housekeeper is available to come in and clean the condo for a reasonable rate. The condo was nice and clean on arrival too. A/c is available during warmer months and the central heating is in perfect working order during colder days. The building has secure entry so I always felt safe, and the use of a parking space was very convenient for my friends who came to visit with their cars. The location is ideal, in a quiet street but close to main streets like Ste-Catherine and Maisonneuve, and the Beaudry metro station can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. I really hope to be able to stay at Bryan and Claude’s apartment again, and have no hesitation in highly recommending it! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and warmly thank Bryan and Claude for being excellent, trustworthy hosts. I hope I’ll see you again in the not too distant future! Best wishes from Scotland :) Gail F.
