Nestled between 2 parks (Central Park & Mt. Morris Park) this sunny cozy 2 bedroom 5th Ave apt.is centrally located in he MT. Morris Historical district within walking distance of entertainment, museums, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, worship, and all transportation. Unit is 900 square ft. with one bathroom.

Unit has full kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, go out or get delivery from the many near by restaurants. Wi-fi , cable tv and air conditioning is provided. Livingroom sofa can be used as a single bed or converts to a queen size bed. Towels, most toiletries, coffee and tea provided.

No smoking and no pets. My place is a very clean and a safe place to stay.

The Empire State building is visible from here and makes a spectacular view at night when it's lit up. Great pictures!!!!

Train 2,3,5 and 6; Buses uptown. downtown and across town nearby.

Unit is 900 sq. ft. has plenty of storage space, is available for long term rental and has one bathroom. Living sofa converts to single bed or queen size. Units sleeps 6 comfortably.

Venu pour participer au marathon de Nyc, nous avons réellement apprécier cet appartement situé à harlem juste au dessus de central Park.
La propriétaire taryn est très professionelle et disponible en cas de besoin, l'appartement est en tout point conforme à l'annonce avec deux grandes chambres et une belle cuisine et séjour, propre et en très bon état.
Je ne peux que conseiller cet appartement pour ceux qui veulent profiter autrement de Nyc avec une adresse bien située, entre deux lignes de métro, calme et sans aucun problème de sécurité, nous sommes rentrés fréquemment en métro, puis à pieds à des horaires ou les honnètes gens dorment, sans aucune appréhension.
Bref que du bon, n'hésite pas à profiter de cette (bonne) adresse.
