We truly had a wonderful stay! The condo was extremently clean and much larger than many we have stayed in over the years, and was decorated beautifully as well. Everything you need is there including 4 beach chairs and 2 lounges. The view was fantastic..every morning we had breakfast on the enclosed lanai, listened to the ocean and took in the view. We ate dinner at the Sanibel Fish house - great food and service. Ice Cream was best at Pinnochio's (huge portions for reasonable price) which is next to best gift shop that we found (The Sporty Seahorse) both near the lighthouse in the historic part of Sanibel. We also really enjoyed the hot dogs at Snappers, and Fish and Chips at the Mucky Duck (Captiva). We ventured off the island one day to see the Edison Ford Estate in Ft. Myers...worth the time. We spent our evenings shelling...don't forget a bucket as there are so many beautiful shells to collect. This was our 1st trip to Sanibel and won't be our last...hopefully we can rent this same unit again. Thanks!
