Beautifully designed Mediterranean style property with high ceilings (up to 19') and great cross ventilation. Perfect for romantic getaways or family gatherings; luxury property lies on the Wyndham Rio Mar beach Resort Ocean golf course and has breath taking views from both the main terrace and master suite private terrace. The house has two floors; the main floor with spacious living, dining, kitchen and family room area and a large delightful terrace with a BBQ ideal for outdoor dining with a very nice breeze. On the main floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathroom and walk in closets, 4th bathroom is by the family room. Living area has central air conditioning. The entire second floor is dedicated to the large master suite and its private terrace with jacuzzi. Each room has air condition and its TV with cable and family room has a HDTV 32' . Washer and dryer and kitchen fully equipped. iPod docket. Two golf carts included.

Everything promised...and then some...
The villa itself is beautiful, well-appointed, in great condition and in a great location. Easy and quick access to the beach club and the entrance to the complex, and the 2 golf carts made everything so convenient.
Our host, Ramiro, could not have been nicer, more accessible, more attentive or more gracious. He was there when we arrived, addressed any questions or issues we had, and made sure that we were comfortable.
We are definitely looking forward to going back next year!
What a Great Vacation!!!
The house is situated in a resort that is only 30 minutes from San Juan Airport. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It hardly seems like a rental property--more like a luxury home that someone lives in. Everything, from the furniture to the knives, are not what you'd normally find in a rental property.
We were greeted by Ramiro, the owner, once we arrived. He is so kind and gave us a very thorough orientation to the house and the property. He even offered to take us to the local grocery store so that we would feel very comfortable getting around the area. We cannot say enough nice things about Ramiro--he sincerely wanted us to have a wonderful experience and spoke with us at length about things to do and see in the area.
The house is almost like three apartments in one home. Each bedroom is spacious and has its own full bath. The house was immaculate and well maintained. We were two families with five toddlers total, plus a Grandmother and Aunt:). We all fit comfortably with the accomidations and never felt crowded. There is a toddler bed, high chair and many toys for children to play with. Being situated on the golf course was also great for the kids--it never seemed too busy and this allowed them to run up and down the green spacious hills in the evenings while we ate dinner and relaxed on the covered porch in the back and watched them. That was our favorite spot--the back porch--there are two tables, a couch and many extra cushioned chairs on the porch that allow for many to eat and relax and enjoy the sound of the frogs and cool breeze in the evenings--we ate every meal out there!
We had access to the hotel pool and beach, as well as a more quiet beach and pool offered by the resort. Our children never wanted to leave the hotel pool--it had an awesome water slide and fun kiddie pool. Having the golf carts was great also--as it is about a 2-3 minute drive by golf cart to the pool and beach area--the kids loved that part as well as many birds, iguanas and flowers were spotted along the way! The rain forest is literally across the highway--about a 5-10 min drive--from the property, which was also very convenient. El Conquistador resort is also very close, which allows you to set up many activities through them. One day we rode a boat to a small island with awesome beaches through the hotel. We would recommend this property to anyone and would stay again ourselves!
