This is a great little condo on a quiet neighborhood street. It is well stocked with everything you need. The local restaurants are worth your visit. There is a neighborhood park 200 ft away that everyone will love. Bring your tennis racket, basketball or skateboard. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The 2 minute walk to the beach make it a convenient and affordable place to vacation. I will definitely be back!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this condo - which was like a home away from home. It has all the amedities you need and the beds are very comfortable! I took my bulldog with me and he enjoyed it as well. The area is very nice and great for walking my dog. The beach was amazing and the restaurants neary (especially Crabby Bills) had wonderful food and the ice cream shop is just around the block. I'm looking forward to returning soon!!

The place was perfect! Close walk to the beach and many restaurants in the area. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this cottage!

We loved staying in Diane's condo. It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The condo has pretty much everything you could need and was very convenient. It was in an awesome location and, for not having a car, the public transportation was easily accessible and affordable. There was also a number of resturants and stores with in walking distance. The best part, however, was the easy, close beach access. This condo made for an awesome vacation and we will absolutely be back!

Our stay in Diane's condo was fantastic! We found the condo as advertised - "squeaky-clean"! What a pleasure to see it looks just like the photos. We loved the location - within walking distance of at least 3 restaurants and close to all major roads should one want to shop or explore some areas other than the beach! Great to be able to walk to the beach - with a 6 year old who frequently needs to use the bathroom or forgot something at home, it is so great to be able to say "no problem" and walk back in 5 minutes. Found some beautiful shells and shark's teeth on the beach and watched birds and fishermen on a daily basis. We also used the kayak that comes with the condo and that was a great experience and now we can say we kayaked in the Gulf of Mexico. As well, Diane accommodated our request for late checkout which we really really appreciated. Other attractions - mini golf, a park where you can spot alligators in the reservoir (Clearwater-Largo and 8th Avenue) and tons of great restaurants. The area also felt very safe - no problem to go for a walk at night or leave the screen door and windows open. Thanks for a great stay!

Very cosy, confortable and close to everything; beach, shopping, golf courses, movies theaters and restaurants.The carport is right beside the condo so bringing in groceries when it's raining is no problem. The laundry is also in the carport so you can do your laundry while you lay in the sun in the front yard or watch TV at night. We'd definitely rent this condo again.
