Wonderful .....simply wonderful
When planning a vacation for my family and extended family (total of 12) to Disney World, instead of the confinement of living out of bedrooms (aka hotel rooms of which we would have needed 4 we opted to rent this luxurious 7 bedroom/6 bathroom home and were so very pleased that we did. The house is absolutely spectacular, super clean and incredibly spacious. The pictures advertising the house are exactly what is provided but they don't come anywhere near doing it justice. We were 8 adults and 4 children and we lived here for a week and at no time did any of us feel confined in any way. The house is laid out for the perfect vacation. The majority of the time we were all together we utilized the kitchen, family room and pool deck - all very large so never were any of us in each other's way. The pool, spa and pool deck we frequented the most opting to have most of our meals there. There was ample seating and the pool too was very clean. We're pool owners so know what it takes to keep a pool that clean especially when the water is so warm. No small feat! Apart from being simply beautiful the house had every convenience. Even with 12 people there was never a shortage of towels. Everyone had their own bedroom. Our 3 year old twin grandchildren shared a twin bed room and my oldest grandson shared the bunkbed room with a cousin. My grandson was thrilled with the novelty of sleeping on a top bunk. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were of premium quality. We cooked most breakfasts at the house and a couple of dinners which was very enjoyable and more importantly relaxing. One night we order pizza and two nights we dined out. The house location too is amazing. The gated community is luxurious and very protected - you feel very safe there. It's within 10 to 15 minutes from any park, Disneys, Universal, Seaworld, etc. Same for the premium shopping outlets and only 2 streets over from a good supermarket and chain family restaurants like Olive Garden, Red Lobster, etc. We are sooooo glad we opted for this house instead of hotels. Even the best of 5 star resorts wouldn't of provided us with the comfort we experience here. I don't think I would ever consider a hotel again, especially with kids, if a similar option is available. The owners were marvelous to deal with. We had all the information we needed prior to our arrival. The owners called to check on us and have been prompt in returning our deposit. Simply lovely!

We felt very satisfied with our experience in this rental home. The space was comfortable for all 18 of us and the kids as well as the adults enjoyed the pool and spa. Ning offered any assistance if needed and the directions and rules were clear and easy to follow. We would recommend this home to others. We felt the price was right for an entire week. Thanks again.

The home was exactly what we saw in the online photos. We loved the place and didn't want to leave. We came here immediately following a fabulous stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. We enjoyed this home so much (and we were lucky with the timing) that we booked the home for a second week. Unfortunately, the home was already booked for the third week, which we would have taken if it were available. Ning was terrific and responsive. Communication was quick and easy. We have friends that are interested in this home for later in the year - we told them to go for it - maybe they'll bring us with them :). You never know for sure if a home will meet your expectations after seeing it online. This one does. Spacious, clean, well decorated, especially if you like palm tree motif. Emerald Island is an excellent location, as well. Thanks, Ning for making your home a highlight of our vacation, and for saving me hours of research for future trips. We'll book here again!

Beautiful house, great stock of towels, dishes,etc
We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The house was very clean when we arrived. We had a few problems that were addressed right away. The management staff was friendly and took care of any problem we had. We appreciated Ning's call the day we arrived and before our departure.
We were returned our security deposit quickly without any hassle. Easy process from beginning to end. Ning - Thanks so much for helping our vacation be trouble free. We would love to stay here again.
If anyone else stays in this area, you must check out Manny's Original Chophouse for a great dinner. They are located in Haines City, about 30 minute drive. The food is delicious, service was wonderful and the atmosphere was great.

Great place to stay
The house was very cozy and comfortable and was well-kept and clean. The interior was very spacious, and the Emerald Island Resort was beautiful. The swimming pool in the back of the house is a really nice feature. Also, the house is conveniently located; it is relatively close to the Disney theme parks and to Universal Studios. Overall, it was a great place to stay and made the vacation very enjoyable!

Perfect Vacation House
This house was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space, it was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location. It was only a short trip to Disney with little or no traffic. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby with very easy access to the major highways. The house is in a great neighborhood and we felt very safe there.
The owners and management company were so nice and so accomodating. They both did everything that they could to make sure our stay was pleasant. Communication with both the owners and the management company was great! The description of the property was absolutely accurate and the house is even more awesome in person! I would highly recommend this property to friends and family - and we will be back on our next Disney vacation. This house gets an A+++++

Ning your house is perfect close to the parks and shopping just like pictures the house is immaculate !! ...... this was 1 of 3 houses we had rented for the week and by far the NICEST ONE... would definitely recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer

Not only beautiful, efficient too!
I have never rented a vacation house before, let alone online. Let me say that the house is even more beautiful in person. From the very moment I inquired about the house, Ning was very professional and answered all of my questions, I was at ease after speaking with her. She had called me the night before checking in letting me know that if I wanted to check in before the check-in time, she had made it possible for us, I was so relieved. From the very minute I arrived at Emerald Island Resort, I was not disappointed at all. The staff was very friendly and again answered any questions I had at that moment. When I arrived at the property and opened the door it was breathtakingly beautiful. The décor, the color on the walls, the cleanliness and the house overall was far more than what I expected. My family and I were in Florida for my niece’s Sweet 15, we were a party of 18, ranging in ages from 3 to 60yrs old. The house was beautifully furnished, plenty of space for everyone, close to many attractions and places to shop. The home was not only beautiful to look at but efficient because it contained all the necessary appliances, linens, utensils, pots and anything you would need. You truly get the sense that you live in the home because of everything that is available on hand at your disposal. I can honestly say that was my first and definitely not my last experience in renting from Ning again. It was a pleasure to do business with her and would recommend her home to anyone who is in need of a vacation home, this is the place to rent. My experience was as beautiful as the home, on behalf of my family and myself thank-you Ning. I definitely will be renting from you again!!

Very Spacious and Clean House - Fun to Stay
My family arrived this lovely home for a short vacation. Everything is pretty much exactly as shown in the webpage. The house is spacious with large 7 bedrooms plus living room, family room, kitchen and breakfast area. It is more than enough for my family. We love the lanai and pool in the back with the open view. The kids and the family members enjoyed the outside setting very much. The house is extremely clean, and most importantly the owner was very responsive and helpful. We love the place and definitely will come again next year.

A very spacious, well-maintained home
Our 7 day stay included 7 children and 7 adults. Not one time did the house feel too small - it's a pretty large house. We appreciated how the owner customized each room with pretty decor. It was also nice to have TVs in each room! The property was very clean and well-maintained. The pool was the highlight of the vacation for the children. They enjoyed eating in the enclosed outside area every night (they never wanted to come in)! The adults enjoyed our evenings looking at movies or having dinner in the formal dining area with a nice bottle of wine, good grill food, and jazz music provided by cable TV music choices. It was an all-around lovely 7 days of relaxation at a home that reminded me of my home - clean and welcoming!
I would definitely rent this home from Ning again as she was very responsive when I had any questions. I'm very hard on customer service and I give her two-thumbs up for quick response time, friendliness, and attention to details. I especially appreciated that she not only rents out her home BUT actually enjoys vacations in her home!
The house was very close to the main attractions. My family purchase mostly organic meats and the Whole Foods Market is not far from the home. We were also able to travel to Daytona Beach which was not a bad drive - about 1.5 hours BUT worth every minute!
Overall, we highly recommend renting this home for a large family. Actually, I would rent this home if it was just my family! It's a beautiful home in a good location!
