I have been coming to this area for ten years, and always wanted to purchase a second home here. Listings do not usually turn over very often, most owners hold onto property for life. The home I purchased was circa 1978, Since I want to keep it in the family, It needed a total renovation. I spared no expense. You will find everything you need to make an enjoyable stay in our home.

Spring: visit the many Antique and specialty shops and gardens in nearby town of Woodstock, Hike down into the Quechee Gorge. Summer: Hiking the Appalachian and Long Trails, Rock climbing, lake and river fishing, world class golf at Green mountain and Killington golf courses. Autumn: Take gondola to top of Killington mountain to view the spectacular foliage. This is a place you will want to come back too, any time of the year!!

Really Glad I Chose This Place

If you see more than one of my reviews, it's because I'm not sure if the first two were submitted. I stayed here with my wife and three girls. Clean, cozy, comfortable and affordable. It's very easy to find, and aside from being on the second floor, we had no quarrels with our stay. There is nothing you need to bring, other than yourself. The place is filled like a home would be filled. Appliances are new and the bathroom was renovated. The beds are super comfortable and it's exactly what you need after a day snowboarding at Killington. We ate at Sugar and Spice, as per owners recommendation, and were so content...we did breakfast there daily for our length of stay. Please choose this place and find out why it's great for yourself, you won't be disappointed. Also, the owner is very happy and quick to answer phone calls and e-mails if you have any questions or need any assistance. We look forward to coming back and writing another review when the time comes.

Exactly what we expected!

Owner is very resourceful, and the condo has every amenity you'll need. The home is very clean and all the appliances are brand new. Bathroom has been renovated, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the mountain everyday after breakfast and came back to this cozy place to rest and relax until the next day, all to do it all over again. The price point between a hotel or this home is worth the small difference just to have the extra space, kitchen, and security. We will come back again.

Great Killington Condo

My friends and I stayed here during February vacation to ski at Killington and enjoy the night life. The condo was perfect for us, very cozy and very comfortable beds. There was plenty of public transportation in the area to go to both ski areas and restaurants and lounges, we didn't drive all week! Very affordable and great location!
Owner's Response: There are multiple shuttles to take you up to the Pico and Killington slopes. Weekend pick ups are every 30 minutes. From the main driveway of the condominium complex it takes you directly to Pico & Killington Ski Areas. This is a great amenity if you wish to safely enjoy all the night life and bounce from one hotspot to the next and back home again, or your not driving a 4 wheel drive vehicle and want to make sure you get to the mountains. I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at my home and appreciated all the comforts it offers.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. Everything was clean, comfortable, and available; this cozy little condo have everything you need including condiments in the fridge, spices in the cabinet, several pots and pans, and utensils.
The location is about 10-15 minutes away from Killington lifts and the condo fits about 10 people (each bed of the bunk can fit 2 ppl).
Another thing I might add is that the owner is very responsive and genuine in making the best of your stay. I was able to reach him at 11pm regarding any trouble or concerns and he was very responsive to my e-mails and texts. He even called to insure that I enjoyed my stay and what problems I encountered to further improve it for his future renters. I highly recommend renting with this owner.

Will definitely rent from this owner again.

Great Stay!

We had a great 5 night stay here and could not have asked for a more accommodating place. We used the shuttle service our first day to get to Killington, and were picked up right at the end of the drive way. Spices, Pots, Pans etc were all already there when we arrived, and with the brand new appliances, we stayed in and cooked 4 out of the 5 nights. Beds our comfy and plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Overall Great stay and will definitely look into staying here again!
Owner's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in my home and took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen, complete with condiments, cooking oils, spices, tools, ect. It's nice to hear you utilized the free ski shuttle, a great amenity if your not driving a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

Very well maintained place at a decent location

The condo is very well maintained with an updated kitchen, very comfortable beds and great in-home entertainment options. The owners have outfitted the condo with a great hot water heater that does not run out of water after just one person taking a shower. The kitchen is well equipped with all the hardware you need to cook a meal...they have even stocked spices and oils. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player, and there is a good selection of DVDs. There are restaurants and grocery stores about 5-6 miles from the condo, and some of the ski resorts are in the neighborhood. The heating works well...too well I think!
The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a $36 linen charge in addition to the rental fee that we weren't aware of when we finalized the charges we would have to pay. Not a big deal. The deposit was returned promptly once the keys were received by the owner.

We rented this place for the weekend fall trip and this is a great place to stay. House had all new appliances and the place was very comfortable and cozy. Working with John was very good and looking forward to visit this place in Winter...

Conveniently located; shutle to the mountain, very clean. All linens provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils, including a coffee maker. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely rent from them again.
