Experience all of the charm that Park City has to offer in this historic old town multi-level home that was re-built from the foundation in 2002 and was updated for the 2012-13 season. Walk one block to Main Street to enjoy the highlights of historic Park City... restaurants, theaters, and shopping, Stop by Wasatch Brew Pub or the No Name Saloon on your walk back from the old town lift run. Our home features dramatic views from both decks overlooking Old Town and Park City Mountain Resort. You can leave your car at home, as you can walk or take ski shuttles to Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Park City Resort.

Enjoy many custom features throughout our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath residence including sauna, hot tub, steam shower, custom kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, wet bar, video gaming area, pool table, three fireplaces, washer and dryer, outdoor barbecue, and much more. The house has vaulted ceilings, charming woodwork, slate and stonework, leather furniture, and plenty of furry friends to offer the great lodge feel. Our home offers 6 beds and 3 pull-out sofas sleeping 16 comfortably. Our home features high-speed wireless Internet and a new home theater system with extended cable, with three 55' HDTVs and a 42' LED gaming area with new PS3 and Wii consoles and games. We have covered parking for 2 vehicles - 1 garage and 1 carport plus room for two cars in the driveway. In addition, the house has access to free public parking down the back stairs.

Our family plus friends group of 6 had plenty of room in this perfect home. We enjoyed the amenities, hot tub, sauna, game room, and entertainment the house had to offer. The rooms are spacious with comfort in mind everywhere. The kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals. The house is located within an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the Town Lift for skiing. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to familites or groups.

Awesome Annual Ski/Board Trip

This was our third annual Park City ski trip with about a dozen friends from high school and college. The house is perfect for our group and we had an amazing time. 3 of the nights we spent at the house around the huge kitchen table playing cards and drinking games and the other 2 nights we walked down into down for dinner and drinks on the town. It's great to be able to have the ability to have some people stay back and relax while others go into town. The downtown location gives everyone options and works out great when you have a very diverse group of people.

I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to have a good time. Between the hot tub, sauna, pool table, bar, kitchen, balconies, overall location, etc., this place has everything.

Nice house & comfortable. We were 14, including kids, and we never felt crowded. The house has a good location, close to the bus station, main street, liquor store, etc. We rented a car but we barely used. We loved Canyons Resort, more than Park City Mt Resort. Lot of stairs indoors and outside when going to the town but in a group of 14 it was like a competition. The owner assist us every time we needed. We want to go again and stay there again.

Old Town Mountain Home

This is a wonderful home in the Old Town section of Park City on the way to Deer Valley. It is exactly as described in the info provided and the photos show the house as it is with wonderful "mountain home" decor. The quality of the decor is exceptional for a rental property and we've not seen anything like it in recent years. The house is clean and well maintained and in a neighborhood that borders mountain biking and hiking trails. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can easily cook in if you don't want to go out. And it's just a 5 minute walk to the south end of Main Street and a 10 minute walk to the No Name Saloon, one of our favorite places for a hamburger and a beer. We stayed at the house in late summer, so we spent considerable time on the upper deck, looking at views of the town and mountains. The house is on the "sunny side" of the town, so it gets sun from mid morning until sunset. Since this is a home in the Old Town section of Park City, it is built into the mountain with multiple floors that require a lot of stair climbing when getting around, but this just helps keep you fit for skiing and hiking activities. The home owner is very helpful and responsive and we would certainly stay at the home again.

Great location. You can easily walk to many restaurant’s and shopping. Many outdoor activities are also close such as hiking, biking and skiing. We had 16 people staying in the house and I never felt like we were on top of each other yet the rooms were large enough that we could all sit together and enjoy each others company. Beautiful sunset view from the decks! I have already booked a week to go back in 2013!

This was my first visit to Utah, and it was fabulous! The house worked perfectly for our small family reunion. The view is spectacular, and the location is great - basically one city block from downtown shopping, food and entertainment. The property was clean, with ample facilities and kitchen space. Two decks provided outdoor seating. I would definitely return for another stay!

Property is great for a family vacation. Teenagers and young adults loved all the physical activities available including hiking, mountain biking, bobsledding at the Olympic Park. Proximity to Park City enabled folks to come and go as they pleased - no car needed. Lots of cute shops and eating places. Grocery stores nearby but a car is needed. House is clean, comfortable with comfortable bedrooms, ample seating in the large family/dining/kitchen combination. Two great decks overlooking Park City, including a hot tub on the lower deck.
