We very much enjoyed our vacation at this property. We found it to be clean, well equipped and well maintained. It very much suited our party of 6 (grandparents, parents, a toddler and an infant).
However we were disappointed with the pool heating. The adjoining spa was adequately heated, however the water temperature of the swimming pool was lower than we expected for a heated pool. I would estimate that the pool temperature did not rise above the low 70's, which had the effect of discouraging it's use.
Also, the travel time to beaches was longer than we had anticipated, certainly more than the 10-15 minutes claimed, however this was not a major inconvenience.
All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay, and with the exception of the items mentioned we would not hesitate to book this property again or recommend it to others.

Owner's Response: I'm glad that this party found Villa Lucia clean, welcoming and enjoyable- this is the service we strive for. Our pool heating is now set at a comfortable average temperature but individual preferences do vary. If you wish to have a higher or lower temperature during your stay then our local agents will happily adjust this for you. The beaches are 20 minutes plus drive (depending on which beach you visit)- we have never claimed any less. We thank R.M. for taking the time to post his comments.

We have good experience, our childern enjoyed swimming pool almost every day. The house was clean and has all the necessities. The Neighborhood was quiet,the playground was close by. You need to have a car to enjoy the beach. Realistic travel time to beach is about 20min. This was not a significant problem for us. I would recomend this property and I think we will be coming back. Our party included childern 4, 2 years of age as well as inflant 3mo old, two adults 35 and 31 years of age and my mother 67 years of age, we all enjoyed our stay.
