We absolutely loved the condo. It was perfect size for myself and my husband and the view was great, everything was clean and easy to find. Thank you Tina again for letting us rent from you and well definitely be back!

Absolutely love this condo! We first stayed in the condo in July and the second we got home we contacted Tina to book us for August. The condo is beach front and well kept. I could walk out the door and be on the beach in less than 3 minutes. The resort also has a nice pool with grills that we made great use of. Condo is very close to spinnaker. We walked there almost everyday for drinks. The condo has a lot of space. The king size bed is wonderful as well as the bunk beds. Owner is very quick to answer phone calls and e-mails with any concerns. We have stayed here twice in one month and it sure won't be our last time!

Our stay at Top of the Gulf was very enjoyable. We found the condo to be well maintained, clean, and stocked as advertised plus some. Perfect place to stay for just two people or for a group/family. You're only an elevator ride, few steps to the right past the pool till your feet are in the sand and the ocean infront of you. There's two different balconies for a person to relax on and enjoy the view of the beach as well. Tina, the owner, was always so sweet and curteous to us. I will definetly keep this condo in mind for my next trip to PCB.

This was the answer to the perfect vacation. Just wanted to take the time to thank you Tina. My family had a wonderful time in the condo. We didn’t want to leave. Everything was perfect!! We heard others complaining about their room and thought – wow…we have the best unit available. We had everything we needed and then some. Poolside was fantastic and then the beach only a few steps away. The unit was clean and relaxing. Everything was close - including shopping and restaurants. Some only a short walk away. My granddaughters have already said that our next trip – they want the same unit. Everything was as described and even better than the pictures. I appreciate everything and look forward to staying in the unit again. Can’t wait to get back. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Top of the Gulf was wonderful. The staff members are exciting and helpful and the studio condo exceeded our expectations. The condo is located in the middle of all the Panama City Beach excitement and the views are fabulous. It literally takes less than four minutes to get on the elevator and be right on the beach . . . in the ocean. We are super impressed with the value for such a wonderful condo. We didn't have to contact the owner during our stay but our contact prior to arrival was pleasant and helpful. Thanks, Tina, for helping make our first visit to PCB a great one !!! Chadwick & Family

Myself and my husband truly enjoyed our stay in this studio. It was clean and well equipped. The kitchen was great & boogie boards were provided. The TV has all the normal cable channels. I highly recommend this unit to visitors with young children because it does NOT have a balcony. Since we don't have kids I used the lower bunk as a luggage rack. When the window is open you can hear the ocean. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the side balcony and took many great pictures. I left behind some sand toys because we are never going to use them and some books because I like to give them away after I finish reading them. This place is definately on my list for future beach vacations and to recommend to anyone who asks.

We loved our stay in the condo. It was better than described!!! It is in a great location, with a beautiful ocean view. Everything was clean, updated, and the condo grounds were well maintained. The bed was so comfortable and I could never grow tired of waking up after a good night's sleep to the wonderful emerald green water and white sand beach. Everything we could possibly need was stocked there for us. We used the grill down by the pool and the kids were able to swim while we sat back and waited on the food to cook. Tina recommended Hammerhead Fred's for dinner and it was the best! We snorkeled with Blue Dolphin Tours and Darrell was great! We recommend Adventures at Sea for parasailing. The condo is so close to everything you could possibly want or need to do. I do not recommend the Wal Mart, the shelves were empty and it was shoulder to shoulder. The staff said it is always like that. We went to Publix for a much better shopping experience. I can't wait to come back, the condo feels like our home away from home. Such a great deal and our new vacation destination for years to come! The only complaint that I have is that I could not get the time off of work to stay longer!!!

Wonderful place to vacation! It was VERY clean and had comfortable bedding. The kitchen was extremely useful and fully stocked. (We cooked an entire spaghetti dinner with no problem) We had plenty of room (there were two of us) and could have easily been comfortable with a few more guest. Pool was very spacious and there were many sundecks. Even though there wasn’t a balcony connected to the room, there are two balconies on the floor that have chairs facing the beach. We drank margaritas and watched the sunset. :) Had a great time! Would definitely recommend to a group of 2-4 people.
