Our 10 day stay was made enjoyable by the great facilities that the accommodation had to offer. The location was good, even if it was around 40 minutes away from Manhattan. The house is spacious, clean, warm and I would recommend it to anybody wanting to visit the New York area.

This was our first time in New York and and we stayed in this lovely apartment. The place was clean and very, very comfortable. The location of this property was perfect. We were able to take the subway to all the places we were visiting without any problems. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I even took a walk around the neighborhood at 10:30 at night. The grocery store was within walking distance and my granddaughter love the pizza place one block away. I would rent this apartment again should I come back to New York.

Our family of five stayed here for a week. It was our first time to stay in Brooklyn and we are so glad we did. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with plenty of local shops and restaurants to make our stay more comfortable. We also appreciated the convenient express bus stop and the train station (a short walk) to get us on our way to Manhattan. Thank you Mikhail for your hospitality!

We arrived at the apartment and absolutely loved it. We are from Texas and the rows of homes were so pretty and just like we had seen on TV. It was very roomy and clean. It had 2 twin beds in one room with larger beds in the other. The couch was huge and 3 people could sleep on it. Nicely equipped kitchen and dining room. We flew into Newark and the cab ride cost $125 with the tip and the tollway fares too). I would definitely take the subway next time but I was unfamiliar with New York. We rode it everyday around $2.50RT into Manhattan to Times Square(40 minutes) and met many nice peopler(turn rt and go 3 blocks from the apt).(No wheelchair access at our stop and several flights of stairs.) There is an express bus(left of the apt) but it goes in earlier than we wanted. We took a local bus to Coney Island which is close by, visited there and then the subway(wheelchair accessible) into Manhattan. You can see the water from the apt which is about 3 blocks away. We sat on the porch every morning and enjoyed our coffee. There were small restaurants within 1-2 blocks and we enjoyed them all. We usually ate there in the late evening when we came home. We would stay here again. The owner lives right below and we met him when we left and said good-bye. We left there and went on our wonderful cruise.

In general, we found this apartment as advertised: beautiful, very respectably sized, and convenient to both the highway and the subway. We also greatly appreciated the owner's friendliness when contacted and flexibility as to arrival times, having encountered such heavy traffic on the way to Brooklyn that we didn't get there until late in the evening. However, we weren't able to sleep quite as late as we would have liked, both because too much light got through the curtains (especially in the smaller bedroom) and because our neighbors had a loud TV on and were sometimes talking loudly themselves. We did enjoy our stay over all, though.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Mikhail's place. My teanagers, my husband and I felt very confortable in this appartment. Very clean. Very easy to take the subway in and out Manhattan. We stayed for 3 nights and I would certainly rent I again if we were to come to N.Y. again. I highly recommand it.

We stayed in this apartment for a full week with the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids).

It is clean, spacious and very confortable!
The neighbourhood is very nice as well, a relaxed area after a busy Manhattan visit during the day.
Transportation is very easy and nearby.
We also enjoyed the playground for our kids near the seaside with beautiful views.

For a next stay we would like to stay here again also because the contact with the owner was very positive.
