No Four Bedroom - only three bedroom
Friendly property manager(irrespective of time )
They don't have defined cleaning policies- they can charge you anything
Rooms in basement aren't clean well , and you feel ,smell about old sticky dust
Advertised has four bedroom, but all they had extra bed only three bedrooms:-)
you will receive security deposit very late. you have follow up multiple times
No exhaust fan in home . so the cooking smell wont go away from home.
no Gas BBQ,but they have very old type grill
Overall we had very good trip - Satisfied - Might visit again and recommend friends if they address above issues.

To address your concerns; our cleaning policies are outlined on the agreements and on our website. The easiest way to clean the home to ensure a full return of deposit is by going directly off the detailed list that is provided in the guest binder. Of course if the home is not cleaned to standards when a guest arrives we expect to be notified to rectify the situation.
Guest satisfaction is our #1 priority. We help guests to ensure they create their own good local memories. Some guests have become good friends of mine.
We welcome all questions from prospective guests. I like my guests to think of my vacation rental home as a 5 star hotel. We ask all guests to call us quickly if they find anything not to their complete satisfaction, so we can remedy it right away.
I love my homes and take pride in them. New photos have been provided to give an advance preview for future guests. I hope to welcome you as a guest in the future.
