Exactly as described, super clean, everything is new, wonderful comfortable beds,
so nice to have a kitchen. Didn't actually cook but loved the fridge for breakfast. Nice TV for catching up at end of day. Location is great 2 min walk to subway, 20 min ride to Times Square. Neighborhood was safe lots of little grocery stores that were open late when we got home from Manhattan. Ghias was waiting for us when we arrived and was a wonderful host! Stayed for a week and felt like we belonged. I would highly recommend this condo.

Truly this was a good choice for our holiday apartment in New York, Mr. Ghias was a very caring and friendly, there are all kinds of shops around the apartment and the subway is half a block and we came to Manhattan in just thirty minutes, was an excellent experience visiting new York and staying at this comfortable apartment, we are very grateful to Mr. Ghias for your help.

My mum and I stayed here for our recent trip to NYC. Jessica was a great communicator leading up to our stay, and the flexible check in time was super helpful. This place really is 20 minutes from Manhattan. The subway entrance is just a half block away, making getting into the city super easy. There are lots of local shops down the street for food shopping. We ate dinner locally all but one night during our stay. Jessica and Justin provided us with a list of local shops and restaurants enjoyed by themselves and locals. Our meals were absolutely amazing, and very reasonably priced.

The apartment was just the right size, very clean, nicely renovated, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe, and super quiet at night. We could not ask for more, especially at half the price of staying in the city. Thank you two so much for providing the perfect crash pad for our stay in NYC!

My friends and I arrived in the morning at 9:20 am New York time, the owner made sure that we reached in the property without getting lost.Everything we needed the within our basic needs the owner provided for us. We were not away from home when we stayed here. We all enjoyed our stay the train was within walking distance for us to get around. Overall the property owner was awesome. He showed such magnificent hospitality. When I go back to the big apple I will be staying here again. Nice place to stay with friends or family. Thank You so much for everything.

Located in a quiet and neat neighbourhood with nearby restaurants, groceries, transportations and all. The apartment was neat and provided with basic amenities like toiletries, towels and beddings. One of the best 2 bedroom apartment in Queens area. The owner, Ghias is very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended and would definitely be back. Thank you Ghias for all the help.

Thank you God! Our party of 7 (which included 4 kids) all had a fantastic time while we were in New York April 4-11. The apartment is very organized and fully equiped. Subway is only walking to one and half block from the apartment. The area is very safe and easy access to Manhattan. We definately recommand our friends and family for their vacation.

We stayed here for a week with our two college aged children for our first vacation in New York City. The owner was very nice and helpful, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The subway was only 1/2 block away, which was very convenient, and we felt safe in the neighborhood even walking on the streets late at night. I especially appreciated that the bunks were sturdy enough for our adult children, and that they didn't have to share a bed as they would have had to do with most of the other apartments offered for rent through VRBO. Overall, we loved our stay in NYC, and saving money by staying in this apartment helped stretch our vacation budget. It is a pretty long ride into Manhattan, but we didn't mind as people-watching on the subway was fun. We didn't spend much time in the neighborhood, but we did eat once at Sybil's bakery (excellent Carribbean food) across the street, and went there a couple of times in the morning for pastries. They were very friendly and helpful, serving us once before they were actually open, giving us free meat pies to try, and answering all our questions cheerfully. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable place to stay for a very reasonable price, as long as they don't mind a bit of a ride into Manhattan.

I rented the apartment for my family as they were here for my college graduation. The place is beautiful. It has everything a "home" would have: cable TV, living room, bathroom (with towels), fully equipped kitchen, etc. The owner, Ghias, is a great guy. He is very honest and helpful. The apartment is half a block from the F train station, which goes directly to Manhattan. I highly recommend this place for people visiting New York. It beats hotels by far.
