Since the apartment is located on the second floor, to the rear of the building, it's quiet and private. Off-street parking is also provided.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc., a professional-grade gas range with convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, and a stackable washer and dryer. Off of the kitchen, a dining area comfortably seats four but can seat up to six.

In the spacious living room, upholstered furniture provides comfortable seating, an internet enabled 3-D flatscreen television offers streaming Netflx and Hulu as well as other options. We hope you'll enjoy the fully stocked bar, too.

A desk (wifi included) in the adjacent sunroom enables business travelers to work in a beautiful tree-top setting, and a table allows for dining in the sunroom.

400-thread-count linens and thick Egyptian cotton towels offer all of the comforts of home, and each bedroom has a generous closet and a television. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second offers two twins.

Wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood provide an ideal place for walking or jogging, and a coffee shop, multiple restaurants (including Ethiopian, Thai, casual and fine Italian, etc.), shopping and even an independent movie theater are a half mile away. Spring through fall, a farmers market is open Wed, Fri and Sat around the corner from the apartment, and a new greenway offers a convenient connection to Freedom Park, Dilworth and Carolinas Medical Center.
