Our stay of 6 days at Richard's apartment/condo was nothing short of exceptional. The location provided perfect solitude with 2 bedrooms of ample size (each with ensuite) and spacious kitchen, dining and living room areas, all expressing a simple island casualness without any outworn appearances that you can sometimes experience with vacation rentals. Clean at every turn, you will not hesitate to feel comfortable. The lanai gives a vista of an ocean view. My wife and I lived in Kauai and this was our first trip back. Thank you Richard for giving us a most pleasant and beautifully appointed living space while back on the Garden Island. Mahalo!

We spent our second anniversry in Kauai and stayed at this condo. The condo was very clean and well supplied with anything you wanted to take to the beach. The location was quiet and close to many conveniences and wondreful sites. The washer and dryer in the unit made life so much eaiser. There was plenty of parking on site and the pool and hot tube was wonderful. We spent many mornings on the porch eating breakfast, watching the sunrise and the birds. The Dolphin resturant is not to far from the condo and has some delious sushi. Also in Hannel Bay there is a farmer's market every Saturday, which is worth stopping by. If you go take the time to drive to the South Shore and go to Gillian's beach. It is a little hard to find, but totally worth the trouble. The snorkeling is fantastic and safe at Tunnels which is on the North Shore. We heard from the owners that the condo's kitchen was remolded last year and we're look forward to enjoying it. We are headed back this year in April and will be staying at the same condo. We highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to April, it can't come soon enough.

checking air fares and availability of this condo ( cold rainy 30 deg. days will do that ) .

We found the North shore to be the best of this beautiful island which makes the location

very nice and convenient . We shopped at the farmers markets and and prepared and ate

most of our meals in the condo. The new kitchen and appliances made this easy and a

pleasure. The beds are comfortable and the condo was very clean with many thoughtful

extras the owners provide .


I must say how nice it is to not get charged those " rip off " resort and wifi and parking

fees that get added on at so many places when you check out !

Richard, thank you for your lovely place in Princville. Everything was perfectly organized and clearly labeled. We did not have a single question and did not spend time looking for things. We really appreciate it. The location of the condo is very nice. We could see the ocean from the living room, and sometimes we could hear waives crashing. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are big plus. We had a wonderful time and we are already dreaming of comming back.

Well maintained, updated condo. Exactly as described. Owner friendly and helpful. Lovely views from condo and complex. Steps from really nice pool and hot tub (great for watching the sunset). New appliances, nice updated kitchen, new ceiling fans in all rooms, new washer and dryer. Includes beach toys and chairs which we used almost every day to enjoy the many great beaches in the area. Good grocery store very close by, and lots of farmer's markets. Great location to take in the many activities in the area. Good value for a really comfortable, enjoyable time in paradise.

We had an amazing time on Kauai and enjoyed a great night's sleep every night in this wonderful condo. The place was just as described, and more. There were many extras that the owners provided to ensure a nice stay. It was evident that they care about their guests. The grounds and the ocean view were beautiful and relaxing. The complex is located in an upscale area. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. I will definitely recommend this condo to friends visiting Kauai.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The pictures on the site gave us a good impression. After camping with our family of five on Oahu en Kauai, it was a bit of a culture shock to return to civilization. We felt welcome in your condo, with the unnamed extra's, your books and guides with things to know and to do, the things to use on the beach, the salt and pepper and so on in the kitchen.
Our European copy of "The descendants", did not work. The next day I even found your copy and it was a feast of recognition to watch and see places now familiar to us.
Also thank you Richard for answering our questions, I brought books with history, myths and legends home with me.

The grounds of the condo was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The ocean view from the lanai and the ocean breeze created a very relaxing atmosphere. We felt right at home in this condo. Having the washer and dryer inside the condo was a plus, we didn't have any laundry to do when we got back home. Princeville is close to many beautiful beaches. Beach chairs, towels, snorkles, cooler, and bbq grill with charcoal was available in the condo for a nice day out at the beach. We didn't have to worry about anything except for food. The owner was very easy to work with and was very accommodating. We can't wait to be back in Kauai!
