We stayed with 2 other couples and their teenage children and found everything to be what we had hoped and more! Beautiful home, breathtaking views of the lake, convenient lake access and a pristine private beach. We enjoyed playing the guitar and singing by the fire pit, eating dinners out on the screened porch, playing "Catch Phrase" by the indoor fire place and walking along the beach while enjoying a stunning sunset. We also made sure to leave the windows open in the bedrooms at night in order to listen to the soothing waves from Lake Michigan. We can't wait to go back again next year!

The house is even better than the pictures. Quite perfect for a family reunion and comfortably for 12 people. Lots of space for everyone and everything is in great condition. Definitely will look to come back!

This lakefront property is absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful and the grounds, private beach and location everything you could possibly want or need in a vacation home! Private beach great for swimming, bonfires and smores. I really cannot say enough about this home. Our family of 8 adults and 6 children aged 6months to 9 years loved it! We will definitely return!

We have spent five summers vacationing in Michigan with three other families and all agree that this was the best location and rental home we have been to so far. The house was gorgeous with every upgrade and attention to detail imaginable. The coach house was well suited for all of our teenage daughters to have space to "hang out" and sleep, and the basement became the "man-cave" where the boys could escape to ping-pong and playstation in the late evenings. The screened-in porch nestled within within a beautifully landscaped yard with lovely views was home to our dinners every night. There was a wonderful bonfire pit with plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy being together. We would love to go again another year!

This home is perfect for large families to enjoy the beach and relax in the comforts of home. It has everything you need to make the vacation fun for all. The views and screened in porch are amazing and the guest house is perfect to invite a couple to visit. The house is beautifully decorated and very well maintained.

We absolutely love this house. It is the perfect beach house. All the windows open toward Lake Michigan, and the back deck and grounds are a private oasis with stunning views. The finishes in the house are top notch, and all the appliances, cookware, and dishware are high end. Combined with the guest house, this house was very comfortable for the ten members of our family. It is a beautiful walk through tall trees down to a private beach. One small downside is there is a public beach adjacent to the house's private area, but it is generally a small amount of people. Weekends are a little busier, but it is easy to find a quiet space. The beaches are huge with perfect white sands. All bathrooms and bedrooms are meticulously decorated. The price is a splurge for our family, but we never regret it as the house is such a wonderful fit for us.

We all enjoyed every aspect of the property; spent a lot of time at the beach, by the bonfire at night
and sharing meals inside and out. For our large party of 12, we felt very well accommodated. Very comfortable and clean. The guest house is a nice bonus space. All details in the house are beautiful. A few of us have already thought about comng back. Not far from home, but you feel miles away.

Quick trips into Sawyer or New Buffalo were easy for grocery and restaurants.
