This beautiful brand new condo is located steps to the beach. Enjoy the brand new furniture and all the comforts of home. Open concept living room and dinning room with floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle and all daily necessities. The master bedroom has a queen bed with new bedding with a on-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen with an amazing view. The laundry room comes with a washer and dryer and utility sink. All closets include built in dehumidifiers which reduces the level of humidity in the air that cause mold and mildew.

If you are looking for a clean place, responsible owners and a comfortable home look no further. This condo will not disappoint you. FREE WIFI, FREE CABLE TV, (2) PRIVATE UNDERGROUND PARKING, all utilities included.

WINDOWS: All windows are double paned which reduce street noise as well as provide better insulation.

Great Stay

My family truly enjoyed this apartment. We had great time. The apartment was clean and organized as stipulated in the contract. It's very spacious, very functional, and has great views all around. The support was provided in a timely manner when needed and it was very courteous and effective. Traffic is good (that’s a ++) and the apartment is close to everything: supermarkets, movie theaters, great restaurants, beaches, etc. Have no issues at all dealing with the owner in terms of payments which was handled smoothly through Pay Pal and communication was swift and helpful as polite as well.

I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone who’s looking to visit Lima and staying in a great place.

Let me start of by saying that the property was very very clean, everything was well maintain witch made us feel comfortable and right at home! Secondly this condo holds a breathtaking view, our family had the opportunity to be there during lima's winter season so I could imagine how beautiful and clear the view must be during the summer. The service we got during our week stay was outstanding, myself and my family were really pleased with the owners and their dauthers, they treated us with patients and understanding witch makes the experience so much more enjoyable.I would defenitly recommend this property to everyone, everything is walking distance from the condo witch allows you to go for a walk during the evening. All in all a great place and great service!!
