My husband and I stayed here in April for our Anniversary Celebration and had a wonderful time! Mike and Patrice are great to work with and very accommodating. The home is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. There is so much to do near by!! Mike helped us out by directing us to some fantastic golf clubs. Thank you Mike! We enjoyed dining in and dining out at great restaurants in the area, (Starfish was our favorite) hiking and walking the neighborhood to the local restaurant by Safeway to have an amazing breakfast. There are movie theaters and shopping near by and quick easy access to the freeway. The whole house and property is beautiful but our favorite was the nice big comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom and the gorgeous master bath with a soaking tub and large walk in closet. I would highly recommend this home to family and friends and hope to return one day.

The location really meets everyone's needs since it is close to both shopping/dining/golf as well as Scottsdale's beautiful and tranquil desert. You can do just about anything from this location which makes our home a good choice year round. We love to ride horses in the desert, bike, golf and hike when we are out, but find the peacefulness and amenities of this community worth just hanging out at home for. We recently completely remodeled the property so all of the furnishings are new and were chosen to allow our guests to feel as though they were staying in a five star hotel while not sacrificing comfort and the "home away from home" feel we desired. It makes us so happy to know you were comfortable and were able to "really" relax. We look forward to having you back in the future and Thank You again for your feedback! Happy Anniversary,

Great Extended Stay Property in a Great Location

We just completed a month in this house. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived - the flowers and personal note from the owners was a nice touch. The home has great finishes and good furnishings and was well equipped with kitchenware for the many meals we cooked. March is a tremendous time to visit and we enjoyed the weather while biking, walking, golfing and attending spring baseball. This trip we explored the Cave Creek/Carefree area and had a great meal at the Spotted Donkey. We also ate at the El Encanto restaurant which is more family oriented and enjoyed it as well. A relatively new museum in the area is the Musical Instrument Museum at 101 & Tatum - a must see for the musically inclined.
This home is on our list for the next time we can get away to the North Scottsdale area. The gated community was very quiet and the community pool was rarely crowded. We would recommend this home to our friends but they visited us and got to appreciate it themselves. Very comfortable for 4 people.

Everything We Wanted!

I just wanted to say that this is a beautiful home in a great location. We went hiking, shopping, hot air ballooning, and a couple of days we did absolutely nothing! The master suite is especially nice, we picked a couple of grapefruit off the tree (with the owner's permission of course!) and sat in the sun.Mike and Patrice have been wonderful hosts, easy to work with and everything was as advertised. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this home for your next Scottsdale stay. We sure would like to come back!

I found your vacation home listed on the internet and decided to rent this 3 bedroom home for myself and a couple girl friends this year to celebrate my 36th Birthday. Wow! What a wonderful time I had at your place. It was much more luxurious at a fraction of the price it would have cost us to stay at a hotel. It allowed me and 2 friends to have a place where we could all afford to stay, and play!
Thanks for checking with us to make sure we were figuring everything out. The only thing that was a little tricking was your wireless access. Turns out I wrote the password out wrong.
The pool was great and we loved getting up in the morning and grabbing a grapefruit off your tree for breakfast! We tried the restaurants around the neighborhood and they were fabulous. Thanks for the recommendations. We were all grateful for the Safeway right down the street. We went there daily to replenish.
Everything was so easy to access since your home was just off the main road (Scottsdale Rd.) We saw most of the sites, went horseback riding right down the way, hiked Pinnacle Peak and took walks through the desert which was just out the back of your complex.
I’d love to have a place like yours but until that happens I hope to come back and visit again. You and your wife are very nice people to rent from.

A Wonderful Place in the Sun

Our family of four spent a week here and loved every minute of our time in this very clean, wonderfully appointed property. The hosts made every effort to make this feel like a home without all the home responsibilities! Great kitchen, lots of space to spread out inside, and a comfortable patio area - complete with fresh grapefruit right off the tree. Pool is heated and the hot tub is a perfect way to finish off a nice swim. Loved the N. Scottsdale location, close to wonderful hiking amidst the desert flowers, world class shopping, and lots of restaurants to explore. We will definitely be back.
