Walk only five minutes to one of the great beaches on the NH coastline. Situated in a quiet, well-established neighborhood, the house is equipped with everything new: appliances and exceptional furnishings. Spacious yards and patio with gas grill; and a bonus single car garage.

Provides accommodations for up to six in two bedrooms and a den with queen sofa bed. Large living room, spacious eat-in kitchen and four-season porch; one full bath upstairs; half bath down. Laundry room/pantry off kitchen. Fabulous and new cedar exterior shower with hot and cold water.

Now taking reservations for the Spring/Summer season. This seaside gem will provide a wonderful vacation experience and is not to be missed!

Wonderful Place!

We spent 4 wonderful weeks last summer in this lovingly maintained home at Rye Beach, NH. The home is in a terrific location, close to everything. The owner provided us with everything we needed to have 4 amazing weeks of fun and sun with plenty of time for relaxation. The yard is just as lovely as the house and the garage was a nice added bonus for our beach gear and bicycles. We often rent homes on Nantucket and Cape Cod, as well as Rye Beach. Three of our favorite places to vacation. This place is on the top of our list to stay. Thank you Bettina for the warm and happy memories from last summer!

Just Perfect!

What can I say, we love going to Rye and love Pirates Cove! When we made our reservation it was based on the old photos of the cottage, none the less we were so excited. Well, when we arrived and entered this beautifully redecorated cottage with everything brand new, WOW! Bettina has made her cottage extremely comfortable and has thought of everything! If in the event she has forgotten something, just ask and it will appear. This area is just perfect for visiting Portsmouth (Flatbread Pizza), Jenness Beach, the Beach Plum, Hampton Beach, Petey's, and the best, Pirate's Cove! We even got our teenagers up to walk on the beach at 7:00 a.m.! We walked, we surfed, we read, we lazed, we had an amazing family vacation! The only trouble is you don't want to go home. Thank You Bettina! the Odger's.
