The home was great. It was clean and much larger than the pictures looked. It and had everything we needed to cook with and a large frig to keep our groceries in. I personally loved the ice maker. The location was great, it doesn't get any better than waking up and stepping right out onto the beach. I will stay here again if we go back to Pensacola Beach.

Judy, our cleaning lady only cleans our unit. It takes her the 5 full hours to do it...she even squeegee the sliding glass doors! We're so fortunate to have her, she takes a personal interest in our unit and knows where everything goes.

This property is a dream! On popular Pensacola Beach, but secluded and quiet. Close to everything. The pictures do not do this condo justice ... its more beautiful than imaginable!! Ocean-front, peaceful, immaculate ... who could ask for more? Praying I get to go back!!

Our complex is unique having only 36 units on 3600 feet of fenced seashore located on the Gulf of Mexico next to the National Historic Seashore, an open stretch of beach that can never be built on.

What a great place you have here - much bigger than the pictures show! With 7 of us here we had more than enough room. The view and the location could not be better. I am a beach girl so being so close to my sandy paradise is Fabulous! I want to thank you for being so easy to work with through the whole process. We might be giving you a call again next year.

My family and I spent a week at this beautiful condominium. It was perfect! The convenience of the beach was the best part. When we didn't want to go to the beach, we were able to swim in the pool nearby. The condo had everything we needed from dishes to linens, and it was very clean. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation at the beach and spend some time in a spacious "home."

We want to make our beach home a wonderful venue for visiting families to just enjoy being together at the beach and still have all the comforts of home. We find that we cook as a family more when we're at the beach then we do when we're at home, so it's important to have all the equipment from big pots & pans to linens and tableware. We also love having the swimming pool because we find it's fun to play & sun bathe on the beach but swim in the pool...you have the best of both worlds!

Our wedding was on July 15 over Pensecola Beach, we looked for so many places and found Nancy who helped us with everything including location of the wedding, she is extremily friendly and helpful , we have a beutiful wedding and a wonderful place to stay. she made sure we felt like been at home. It is very private, super clean and in a great location , I love the colors and everything there that was hard to leave.....Thank you Nancy for all your help and for allowing us in your wonderful Home .

This beach home is wonderful. The pictures and description don't do this property justice. I'm always a little apprehensive about opening the door to a rental property but we were delighted with what we found. Easily accessible, close to the beach, quiet, spacious, and generally great. Nancy was extremely helpful. We'll stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. Everything is exactly as what is describled in the VRBO web page. Everything in the condo is clean. The full size kitchen has everything we need to cook and it's very comfortable to cook in the kitchen. There was one rainy day during our stay and we still had a lot of things to do staying in the condo. My husband surfed on the web using WIFI every night there. Everyone was relaxed and enjoyed the stay. The owner gave us detailed information for every question we asked. She is so helpful and easy to deal with.

Townhouse is absolutely beautiful! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this gorgeous home. It is quite large, immaculately clean & beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are large & very comfortable. Having a bath in each bedroom is a real bonus. We really enjoyed the additional space in the laundry room & the well equipped kitchen. We also loved the garage to store all of the beach toys. The owner was a pleasure to work with & extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. We enjoyed the clean, white beach & crystal clear water. We also enjoyed a very interesting & informative trip to the Naval Aviation Museum.
