Live on top of the world in this peaceful Penthouse haven. You will feel as if you have left the busy city streets behind when you enter this state of the art home which features a working wood burning fireplace centrally located in the living room for everyone to enjoy, a Bose Ipod doc, a 'smart' flat screen 42' TV, wireless internet, airconditioning for the summer months and beautiful unobstructed city views of the Empire State building.

Early risers can take a run on the treadmill in the buildings 24 hour gym or bring a cup of tea downstairs to enjoy in the building's furnished outside courtyard. While you stay here you will not want to leave your home, but if you must, right outside the door you will find the sexiest neighborhood in the city with everything at your fingertips.

We had a girls get-away to NYC and decided to stay away from all the noise and hype of any Midtown Manhattan rentals. We couldn't have been happier with choosing this apartment in the SoHo area. The apartment was perfectly furnished, very cozy, and QUIET!!! We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the subway, restaurants, etc. The owner was great to work with...every step of the way our accommodations were perfect!

Wonderful Family Homebase for Your Trip to NY

We, a family of 4 from Germany, spent a full week at this place which we found to be ideal for us for a whole number of reasons. First, the location is terrific, literally at the edge of Little Italy, SoHo, Lower East Side and Greenwich Village which gives you plenty of choices for nice neighborhood walks, shopping and enjoying breakfast or dinner at a cozy place within just a few blocks. As the next subway station is only a few short steps away, the “rest” of NY is close as well. Second, the apartment itself is very comfortable, spacious, friendly and bright, with a generous dining and living area and a kitchen that has everything that you would need for just a couple of days. It offers nice views from both the master bed- and bathroom and, last but by no means least, it is relatively quiet. Third, we found everything to be neat and clean. Fourth, the owner is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Altogether we had a fantastic week there, absolutely loved the place and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

What a beautiful spot! Pictures don't do it justice. By day the apt is beautifully lit with indirect but bright light all day long. Really airy with a great vibe.By night a great view of nyc sky line, the empire state building perfectly framed in each window. Fireplace in the living room and great lighting made it sexy and super cozy.
I used to live in nyc and now come frequently for business. This place is definitely a find. A corner a penthouse apt is a rare find and quiet, yet outside, you are right in the mix of it all. The best neighborhood downtown in my opinion! Great shops, boutiques, restaurants everything at the doorstep, literally. Plush, comfortable and beautifully decorated the apt felt like a luxury boutique hotel suite for a fraction of the price. High thread count sheets and attention to detail. Being a designer myself, I appreciated that is was a minimal decor,with top end furnishings. I will definitely be back. The owner was super helpful and nice, which is an added bonus. The place was spotless with all amenities and every comfort provided.
