The is one of the few condos with a private dock and boat slip so you can bring your own boat! Beautifully decorated with a fully loaded kitchen, cable TV, and high speed Internet access. Perfect for family fun or quiet getaways.
Sit on the screened deck with ceiling fan to watch dolphins, pelicans, boaters and the most incredible sunsets over the water. Enjoy daily visits from a great blue heron and white egret who fish off the dock. Take an easy hot summer afternoon floating off the dock, kayaking around the marsh, or fishing and crabbing.
Walk 1/2 a block for a day at the beach or watch Thursday night fireworks while sitting in the sand. Central Business District and Boardwalk are a mile away - an easy walk or bike ride.

Amazing Weekend!

We had the best time here. The view is beautiful, the condo was homey and spacious, and Greg and Chris were fantastic hosts. We even got engaged right on the dock as the sun was setting! The area was easy to travel in with plenty of options for food and other fun activities. We like to cook and the condo was perfect for that as well. We can't wait to go back!

Our stay at this Carolina Beach condo was wonderful. The owners are very friendly and very willing to help if anything is needed. The condo is clean and exactly as described on the web-site. It is located in a great location on the sound and only a few steps away from the beach. The private dock is great for taking a boat. It’s so nice to pull up and tie it up and not have to worry about putting it back on the trailer. I can’t wait to plan a future vacation to this condo and would highly recommend it others!

Great boating with beautiful view

We just spent 10 days here and have nothing but great things to say about our stay. Greg and Chris were the most gracious of hosts, providing everything that we could have needed. The condo was clean and exactly as represented. It fit our needs perfectly and provided excellent access to the beach, and the boat slip was perfect for our boat.
This is the ideal Carolina Beach location, situated between the ocean and the yacht basin. With water on both sides, it is perfect for families wishing to spend their days on the beach or those who like to fish or boat in the back waters.
We will be back soon and often!

Your beach condo was perfect. We were looking for a quiet place to relax and take our minds off our everyday mayhem we call work and that is exactly what we found here. The screened in poarch was peaceful and full of panaramic views of the sunset over the bay. The restaurant suggestions were right on target and the ammenties were more than we could have asked for. I would defiantely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, clean and family-friendly atmosphere with the beach on one side and sunset and fishing on the other.

The owners were very accommodating. The location, directly on the sound, was beautiful with gorgeous sunsets & a short walk to the beach. My boys had a great time catching crabs from the dock... Condo was clean, beds comfortable & showers hot. I would highly recommend.

What can I say? We had the most wonderful vacation staying at your Condo on Carolina Beach. Your accommodations were exactly as described on the web-site, the Condo is cozy - all 6 of us had no problems co-existing, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed! Everything was neat and clean, we had plenty of towels, you provided all kitchen appliances (even immediately replacing the coffee pot we couldn’t figure out how to work) You guys thought of everything!! I was so nice not to have to worry about toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. We had beach chairs at our disposal, maps and brochures of places to go and things to do, internet access, and the enclosed porch looking over the dock and inter-costal waterway was fabulous. You and your wife could not have been nicer or more accommodating and rest assured that we will be calling to reserve your place for a future vacation. Thank you so much.
