Indeed, the Arc de Triomphe has a huge roundabout twelve avenues breakthroughs in the nineteenth century. These avenues radiate in a star around the place including the Avenue Kleber, Avenue de la Grande Armee, Avenue de Wagram and, of course, the Champs Elysees. A real Paris apartment

My 3 sisters and I stayed here in June and absolutely loved the apartment. It's so nicely decorated, everything works and the neighborhood is a real Paris neighborhood with shopping, transportation and restaurants right at your feet. We walked to the Tracadaro and Eiffel Tower and used the metro for other trips. But, you didn't need to leave the area to think you were a real Parisian. There is a wonderful street market a few blocks away that has everything you need for a meal if you don't feel like going out to dinner. The people that rent the apartment are very easy to work with and make sure you know how to use everything. We loved the place, didn't want to leave and will stay there on our next trip to Paris as well. We've rented several apartments in Paris and this was the very best., we had a magical time. We were there on the summer solstice and the music in the streets was a lot of fun.

Charming

Being a party of four adults we were unsure whether this flat would be large enough but it was bigger than we expected, especially by Paris hotel standards. While the entry and stairs need an update, the apartment itself is elegant in Old World decor - high gorgeous ceilings, deep baseboards, hardwood floors and most importantly, very clean. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and lovely bedding. The second bedroom has a very large closet and plenty of room as well. As stated in previous reviews, the Arc de Triomphe is literally around the corner, close to the subway, many restaurants, markets. We would go to the Poncelat market every day for cheese, baguettes and, of course, wine! Joseph, the property manager, was very gracious upon arrival and when I called a few times to arrange transportation or obtain advice about the apartment, he was extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

My husband and I went with our grandchildren for a stay of one month in Paris. We were very happy in the apartment. The split floor plan affords quite a bit of privacy . All the windows gave very nice cross ventilation and made it nice and bright. The living/dining area is ample and comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. We found the open air market on Rue Poncelet fabulous. A daily stop for us! We followed some of the owners recommendations for restaurants and caterers and were very pleased.
The location was very good. We could take the Charles De Gaulle metro or the bus a short walk away.
When we arrived there were flowers, wine, and champagne waiting for us! Very thoughtful.
The owners were extremely nice and visited with us. One of the highlights of my granddaughter's stay was having Beatrice sign her Madeline book!!

Dream at Daytime not just Nightime

In my prior 5 trips to paris, I always stayed at 2 or 3 star hotels. A close friend suggested I consider renting an apartment. Without much trouble, my staff found this extraordinary gem --almost within the shadow of the Arc d'Triomphe. The kitchen, bathroom, dining room area and master bedroom was, as the french would say, "formidable." Well, there are 15 or more restaurants within 5 minutes. Champs de elysee is all of a 10 minute work-- you will never leave it. Small food store a 2 minute walk and a large store- the Monoprix- all of 5 minutes (quick wine purchase will be rewarded.) I hosted a brunch for 15 and a late night cocktail party for 20 during my 2 week stay-- no problem. Metro station i minute from apartment and for less than 10US a taxi will drop you at Notre-Dame or D"Orsay. The unit is quiet and makes it difficult to even get out of bed if you have to usually tolerate city news. Am I spoiled? Yes. Did this apartment spoil me? Yes?
I highly recommend it those who wish to stay in old paris classical elegance and, yet, be able to take the saved dollars and enjoy paris to the extent that is unimaginable. Bonjour
