Everything here was exactly as described. And, that's the highest compliment I can give!! :)

The apartment was immaculate, we walked in & were happily surprised to find everything we needed. It was like we walked into a beautiful townhouse & just started living there for a week & a half. I can't emphasize how wonderful that feels.

The beach was through a path across the street, or you could drive for 2 minutes & park at the beach, the pool was shallow but always a perfect temperature, the kitchen was loaded with everything to cook with. I will say though that a dishwasher would be handy. We had a washer & Dryer, a rooftop deck (this is the bestest part!) with a hammock & grill, table & chairs.

The owner did everything to accomodate us, he was available via e-mail during our entire stay! I can't say enough about him...thank you Mike!!!!!

Run, don't walk to stay here!!! You will love Rincon! And you will love this apt at Landing View!

Perfect get away for a girls weekend. We only had a short time to spend together and this was the perfect trip. We hung out in the sun by day, went back to condo to shower and then out for dinner and drinks. With 5 women in the house all getting ready and taking showers the hot water never ran out. We had more than enough space. Best part was the entertainment was only a short walk or short drive away. If you're like us having a bar to walk to is ideal. Love this place for the convenience and view!!

My husband and I were looking for a vacation to go on with friends away from the kids and we chose Rincon. We picked the PERFECT Villa to stay in...presentation is everything and we got what we were looking for! Clean from top to bottom, great layout for mulitple guests, comfy furnishings, all the comforts of home PLUS an awesome roof top deck to listen to the waves. The extra bonus was having the BBQ and hammock on the roof to relax. Another perk having a washer and dryer so you go home without having to do laundry!

The complex has a great pool and outside showers which are so convenient when you're on your way to or from Sandy Beach which is two minutes away. Everyone is so friendly and give you great places to check out! The owner told us about all his favorite spots and the Villa is in great walking distance to delicious food and the best Rum Punch you will ever have! We loved Shipwreck's Tuna, and Lazy Parrots Fish Tacos, hoping to make it down to the Pool Bar the next time we go!

Now that we have been without the kids we can't wait to plan a family vacation and have them enjoy Rincon..definately going to be our annual getaway! You will not be disappointed it was the Complete Vacation!!

We had a great time in Rincon, and this unit was a big plus. The owner was very easy to work with and communication was great. It is in great shape and has everything you need including a blender which came in very handy with all the fresh fruit. We found a great little fruit stand just past the Econo grocery store. Pineapples, mangoes and bananas were better than anything we get here and dirt cheap too! No problems with the Wi-Fi either.

Our group consisted of my wife and I, our teen daughter and one of her friends. To say the townhouse was perfect is an understatement. The way the bedrooms are laid out, it is easy for someone to fall asleep early while the rest of the group carries on upstairs. The beds were all very comfy and the A/C works great. The unit was also very clean and well maintained.

We really had a nice time. Horseback ride with Pintos r Us and snorkeling at Steps Beach were highlights. Everyone in town was very friendly and the food was yummy, although I have had my fill of mofongos for now!

The Landing View Village was a very cozy and quiet townhome to stay at in Rincon. The owner was truly a pleasure to work with. The condo was very comfortable and had plenty of room for two families to relax in and enjoy. It had all the amenities you needed while away from home as well as an awesome third floor terrace for you to BBQ and hang out on after a day at the beach. The sandy beaches are beautiful and there are several great restaurants to enjoy right down the road. Also, the complex has a nice size pool for you and the kids to swim in, along with a cabana. What a fun place to stay! Thanks for such a perfect little getaway. We'll definitely be back!

I loved this place. My WIFE loved this place. My brother and his family loved it too. total 4 adults and 4 kids. Could have easily slept more...

I NEVER write reviews, but this trip I'm making an exception due to our wonderful experience.

Here's the deal... The owner was a pleasure to work with. The place is new, freshly painted, CLEAN and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. My wife is a little anal and has been known to bring our own sheets and towel on past vacations. No need here. It felt like this place was BRAND NEW. The villa has three stories, the top floor is an awesome "patio" for hanging out. We used the patio constantly. Took naps on the hammock, Grilled outside on the BBQ, and imbibed libations without worry. This place is built like a casle and there is no fear of disturbing neighbors due to very thick walls, it is very private.
The best restaurants and bars are literally a 1 minute walk away. Means no driving is necessary. We liked that :) The pool is right outside the villa and the beach is a 30 second walk away with your boogy boards and surf boards.

There is a gate at the entrance for security , and it felt very safe. There was plenty of beds and rooms and 2 families could EASILY stay here without tripping over one another. We are discussing dates for our trip to stay here again. I CANT WAIT :)

This was the best "Bang for your Buck" rental I have ever stayed in, I have paid much more for much less and think it was a great value. . Rincon is a great place, but staying here made it WAY Better. You will love staying here. Have fun.
