Excellent family accomadations for Ski week ends at either Boyne Highlands or Nubs Knob. Clean, well equipped condo with ample private space for two families. The condo was easy to find in a very quiet and beautiful setting. The roads in the condo community are well plowed and it is an easy drive into closeby Harbor Springs for dining and shopping.
Owners were very responsive to questions and helpful to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
I would recommend this property to friends & relatives and will look forward to staying there on future ski trips.

Great Condo!

We rented this condo for a 2 family ski weekend. We do this routinely and would stay here again in a minute. The house was clean and big enough for both families. They have many extras that you normally don't get (soap, kitchen supplies, laundry soap, shampoo) which was very nice. The basement had recently been redone and was beautiful. The owners were very nice and I would not hesitate to rent again.

We rented this condo for a ski weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was large enough for both families and was very clean. It even had some extras (spices, soap, shampoo, etc). Would definitely stay there again. The owners were very nice and responded very quickly to questions.

We stayed for a ski weekend. Condo is in very good condition, communication with the owners, payment process and overall transaction was very pleasant. There are many nice touches all around the condo including 2 good size TVs, internet access, nice fireplace, etc. It would have been easy to stay much longer and feel at home. Highly recommended.

Great January Rental

We rented this condo for the month of January and had a wonderful stay. The owners were super responsive and very helpful/accommodating. We had 4 adults and 5 kids in the condo and there was plenty of space between the 3 floors. The basement is newly done and a great space for the kids to hang out. We enjoyed the nearby skiing and also enjoyed the fireplace each night. The condo was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. I would definitely recommend this property.

Family ski vacation

There were 10 of us at this condo and we were never crowded. Wonderful location and lots to see and do any time of year. Our kids loved Nubs Nob and we certainly accomplished our vacation goal . . . spending time together. I highly recommend this location.

Norman Rockwell Christmas

Eight of us stayed very comfortably over the christmas holiday. We had 4 generations covered, with two little ones being the center of attention. The home is spacious and can be very easy to accommodate several families, giving ample privacy. Imagine our wonderful surprise to drive up through the gorgeous hardwoods through snow covered treelined roads to the condo and then to walk in and find the condo decorated for christmas including two christmas trees. It was so wonderful, as in over 50 years always spending chrismas at parents farm in the upper peninsula. We were so comfortable in the main living room with the soft leather couches and built a fire every night we were there. The kindling and cut wood all nice and dry in the garage were very accessible. There was everything we needed to cook most of our meals and it was so nice to gather at the larger table and celebrate. It truly was like being at someone's house. We had no trouble with directions and the reservation process went very smooth. I would recommend this place and have to friends and other family members.. I only hope I can come back in the summertime and take advantage of the (one of my personal favorites) golf course sthat is the setting for this wonderful condo.

Wonderful Place!

We stayed for 5 days and it was just a wonderful time. The condo is very large, well thought out, and clean. It is located on a beautiful golf course overlooking the valley which was great for walks in the morning and sitting on the back deck. The local area is easily accessible as is Mackinac Island (35 minutes). We will be back!

The condo was wonderful and clean. We left notes on the things that we felt could be improved on. The layout of the condo was great for 7 adults. The owners were agreeable to letting us leave a little later on check out since no one was coming in after us. Kitchen had most everything we needed because we did cook in. Never used the fireplace, but it was pretty. There was a checkout list and that was helpful as to what was expected on check out.

We stayed with some soccer team families for a tournament in Petoskey...it was perfect. Close to fields, clean, comfortable, and affordable. Perfect sleeping arrangements (girls got bunks and each family had it's own bathroom)!! I would recommend and will book again if we are in the area!!!
