This house was wonderful! We had 10 people for the weekend stay in this house and it was everything as described and more. The kitchen table was big enough to accommodate all of us and the set up of the bedrooms was perfect. Bruce was a great help while I planned this weekend...easy to get in touch with, answered all my questions, and was very affordably priced. The house was well stocked with needed kitchen utensils and plenty of movies and books if you wanted that. The rental shop down the block and shuttle to Okemo was a huge plus as it allowed our group to finish their day at the mountain when they felt they were done and were able to go back to the house without having to wait for anyone.

The house was centrally located in Ludlow within walking distances of groceries and restaurants. The house was true to its description and the 10 of us stayed there comfortably.

Very comfortable and easy

We booked this place very last minute (two days before arrival) after the place we were supposed to stay in fell threw. The owner was very accomodating and gave us a really great rate.
The house was very comfortable, clean and easy to be in with 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 6. Bedrooms were decent sizes, most were big enough to fit portable cribs. One room was probably a very large closet, but still had room for a double bed, dresser and window, it was a good size for one of the kids. Fully stocked kitchen was great, epsecially happy to have the huge table in the ktichen that could fit all of us. The side porch and ski room were great to have too to dump all our equipment.
Didn't have any issues with the hot water like the previous reviewer, but we were unable to get the heat to turn off, even with the thermostat turned all the way down. Wouldn't be a problem in the middle of winter, but we had one day of 70 degree weather and it was a little tough to take! No screens on windows, but there were no bugs so it wasn't a problem to keep them open.
Walking distance to everything in town, 10 min. walk to grocery store, and all shops and restaruants. 1 mile from Okemo.
Overall it was a great stay, would definitely stay there again!

We had a blast. The home was very warm, spacious, clean and fit all our needs. We were 2 families with 4 teenage kids. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of activities. Kitchen accommodated everyone and there was room for more. Only issue was 2 people could not shower at the same time. The upstairs shower lost all hot water when the downstairs shower was turned on. We made due and rotated.
Owner's Response: We were happy to hear our guests had a good time at our house. We understand that at times the central heater that heats the domestic water needs to catch up with many back to back showers at the end of the day when everyone gets in from skiing, especially when as many as 12 people are waitng. To help the rush of showers we are turning on the electric hot water heater we use for summer use to supplement the high use. We hope this adequately addresses the situation.
