This charming waterfront home is on constant level Lake LBJ. The house has a large, fenced shaded back yard. A large front yard is perfect for games. The 90' waterfront has comfortable grassy areas and concrete walk with a covered boat slip with an electric lift and a jet ski slip. The house has large living area with lots of natural lighting. The living room is comfortably sized for a large group. Two dining tables convert to game tables. Each bedroom sleeps 4. The utility room has a washer and dryer and 1 refrigerator/freezers. Fully stocked kitchen serves 12. There is saltillo tile throughout. A shaded porch has a ceiling fan and a large deck has an outdoor table (with an umbrella) and seats 8. A gas grill is conveniently located on the deck. A gazebo in the yard is a private get-away and is cooled with a ceiling fan. In fact, there are ceiling fans throughout the house as well. Spend relaxed days and evenings on the lake, in the yard, on the deck.

This is a smoke free and pet free property inside and out.

Our family met at this property with 2 other groups of families, and had a wonderful family reunion. The home was perfect for grandparents down to the teenagers that we had (10 people). We cooked all our meals and the kitchen, storage areas, utensils, and grill all exceeded our expectations. We had taken a lot of food-- things that needed preparation, and all the tools were there, and they were nice and clean -- the kitchen was not skimpy! We rented a boat from a place on the lake. That was also very easy. The rental place delivered it to this property at the time we wanted it, so we were able to just walk out to the water. The owner was more than friendly, personable, and so easy to communicate with. She returned our deposit very quickly. Overall, it was much better than we even expected. We had a great time, and I would certainly recommend this to others.

Belaire lake house

The Belaire house was very nice, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The neighborhood was very pretty and quiet. There is no cable/satellite so bring movies. There is a Redbox movie rental up the road at the HEB. Also, the house had plenty of puzzles and games that my family enjoyed so we didn't miss the tv. The yard was plenty big for outdoor games as well. There are outdoor speakers for the stereo and a large grill on the deck. We enjoyed the convenience of the boatlift and access to the main body of the lake. Lake LBJ is always a nice place to visit.
Communicating with the owner was easy. I would consider staying here again and definitely recommend this property.

I highly recommend this property. The listing description was very accurate. The house is as pretty as it looks in all of the photos. We were there for Memorial Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 children. There was more than enough sleeping space, dining and play space. Everything was super clean and well appointed, from linens to the outdoor grill. The lake access with a covered boat slip made our outings that much easier.

We absolutely loved it! Couldn't have asked for more. I cannot wait to go back and will highly recommend this house to friends and family!
